Baustelle

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer hatte mehrere Schäden, kaputte Tür, runtergekommenes Bad. Es war wie eine Baustelle es war kaute Musik an und es roch überall nach Rauch.

Super hotel with nice staff

The staff was really friendly and gifted us with coke and water when we said we had nothing to drink. They can solve the problems and give recommendations. Considering a price its a great hotel, and whats surprising after reading other guests opinions its completely safe and quiet at night.

nothing so bad didn't stay shouldn't even be open hotel didn't even have the ridge name on worst hotel if I can call it that I've seen

DO NOT GO THERE

There was absolutely NOTHING to like!!

DON'T DO IT!! This was, hands down, the nastiest place I've ever stayed in my life. I'm traveling for a living and been all over Still yet, this one is the winner in "never again". I skipped the shower bcs i was afraid to be dirtier afterwards. Uugh, so gross 🤢

Not a good place to stay

The staff was polite. Cheap price. The S-bahn has a station nearby.

The hotel entrance was closed so we needed to enter it from the back door and there were always people sitting on the stairs there which was very inconvenient. The room was not very clean and the furniture was very old. Passable for 1 night.

I had a terrible stay. I did not want to go back there at night and I left the room by 9am each morning because it was h

there is nothing to like about this property. We never saw a receptionist. There was no food or drink available at all. I had to walk 20mins to McDonald’s to get coffee in the morning.

nothing very disappointing. it was dirty. under the beds were filthy. mould in the shower and on the walls.

With lungdeseases, it wasn't to good to stay in a room with mold. A bit chaotic, due to renovations.

The hotel appeared a bit run down but my room was tidy and clean and the staff were great!

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the breakfasts, my room, the shower, and the telly. It was value for money. I wasn't looking for some super fancy hotel. I wanted cheap and cheerful and that is what I got! I would come again but perhaps when the weather is better.

The foyer could have been a little warmer and brighter. Also you could only access Wi Fi in the lounge/reception/breakfast area of the hotel.
