Tout était impeccable: du petit-déjeuner et restaurant à l´équipement/la propreté de la chambre en passant par le parking et l´amabilité. Cela fait des années que je passe par là et que je réserve toujours dans cet hôtel.

Good hotel but ongoing roadworks in Pforzheim spoil it

Location was hindered by a lot of roadworks that cannot be avoided!

Great stopover.

Functional hotel which was ideal for our stop in Pforzheim. Clean and very presentable. Good restaurant and bar. Very helpful staff.

There was nothing not to like, but given its location just out of town it may not be suitable for all. For those travelling it’s a great stop over.

airco (maakte een hoop lawaai) in het restaurant kon je niet a la carte eten (nergens vermeld ook niet medegedeeld toen we een tafel reserveerde) het werd een buffet (flink geprijsd) een onaangename lucht op de tweede verdieping douchen in een bad (hoge instap) met douchegordijn

Nice hotel but current roadworks on Autobahn make access tricky

Dinner was good. The spetzle was delicious. Panna cotta also good.

Getting to the property was a nightmare due to road works. I think the property could have warned us and offered directions. We were lost in the countryside but a very helpful local resident showed us where the hotel was.

Alles bestens.

Zimmer sehr ruhig, sehr gutes Frühstück und das Abendessen im Restaurant war wirklich sehr gut. Die Lage ist im Normalfall sehr gut, allerdings ist momentan die Autobahnauffahrt direkt in der Nähe des Hotels gesperrt. Im großen und ganzen alles bestens.

Es gibt halt das Stammhaus und den Neubau. Wenn man ein modernes Zimmer möchte, sollte man sehen im Neubau unterzukommen. Die alten Zimmer sind geräumig aber irgendwie fühlte ich mich darin nicht wohl.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Alles war perfekt. Das Personal hat uns freundlich empfangen. Unser Hund war willkommen. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ins Grüne war auch schön. Alles modern, sauber und gepflegt. Über die kleine Teeküche im Zimmer mit Kaffee haben wir uns gefreut. Das Zimmer war groß und im Hotel war es ruhig.

Comfy, clean, quiet stop just off the main road

The room was spotless and very comfy with a little fridge and view over the valley. Tasty breakfast. Plenty of parking just off the main road and outside the clean air zone.

The bar and restaurant don't open at the weekend and you're 3 miles out of pforzheim.

Great room, fantastic service, lovely breakfast and fussed over the dog 😊

Fantastic staff, very helpful with local guidance on food and dog walks.

Autobahn junction nearest the hotel is closed for construction, small detour as a result. Not a massive problem though.

Fantastic, I'll stay again when I'm in the area.

I liked everything, especially the woman who sold me the shirt l needed . She was very special. I don't know her name, but if you ask the staff she'll know that the Black American with the Dreadlocks want to know her. Nice hotel, bit expensive but watch what type of bathroom they allocate you ( bath or shower)

Did not take breakfast as at 18 Euros each it did not offer us value for money.

Arrived at check-in and were directed to a room in the old part of the hotel. The receptionist could see that my wife was walking with the aid of a crutch as she was recovering from a broken ankle. The room had a steep sided narrow bath with a shower but no screen. My wife could not get into the bath so she returned to reception to ask to be moved to a room with a walk-in shower. Reception advised they didn’t have any rooms in this category but we could move to the new part of the hotel at an upgrade cost of 16 Euros. Pretty miserable service!!!!

Convenient location, excellent restaurant

Extremely helpful staff, near the motorway which is convenient after a long drive. Staff also showed us where to get petrol the next day. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent

Free WiFi didn't appear to be available in the public rooms. The shower was in a very high-sided bath which was tricky for a short person and would be terrible for someone with mobility issues. Very easy to slip as well. The room was quite hot

Very attentive staff. Our coffee machine in the room wouldn't work, so they offered us the coffee from the breakfast hall. It's right outside the autobahn so it's perfect for s quick stop overnight

The bathroom could use some renovations Our room was facing the access ramp to the highway, do there was a bit of noise in the morning. Non existent pillows

Our stay would have been even better had the motorway not been closed, therefore access difficult.

The staff were helpful and very friendly.

The room was far too hot despite our best efforts to cool it own.
