Das Frühstück Buffet war ausreichend und vielfältig.

Das Housekeeping musste separat gebucht werden.

Staff unprofessional

We didn't get the opportunity to like anything as we were kicked out of the property, although we had guaranteed the payment with our credit card.

The behavior of the staff. It was very humiliating.

A reasonable option near the station in Bamberg

This place is nice, if a bit scruffy around certain edges. Good for exploring the town!

It has a slightly worn feel, but nothing major. Some design choices are a bit unclear.

Needs updating, we travel a lot , very poor facilities, dirty rooms no clean sheets or towels in 4 nights

Choose another hotel.

About the only thing is the location.

The room was incredibly small. The room was not cleaned or towels and bedding changed over a four night stay. The breakfast is very bad value for money. I asked if the reception was manned 24 hours and was told yes. This is not true, we returned to the hotel on our last night to find hotel door locked with a security number to gain acsees ( of which we had not been given any notice) required and a note on the door with a telephone number that was just an answer phone. we gained entry by going in with other guests but of course our keys were behind the shuttered reception. we eventually got our keys by finding the key to the reception. I am a Genius level 3 user of Booking.com and a well travelled person, and can say this hotel ranks in the top 3 worst value for money I have encountered. Find somewhere else.

Comfortable stay in freshly renovated room

Our room was freshly renovated, comfortable and spacious. Window was on the side street so it was very quite during the night. Location was perfect, just 5min walk from station

great staff, tidy and clean room, however hotel itself seems run down; close to the train station but not close to the a

very friendly and helpful staff, option to leave the luggage and the car for the day after checkout, small but clean and tidy room

short bed (short for someone taller), thin walls inside and loud street noise from outside with windows open, run down and very stained carped in the staircase, unguarded parking for 15€ per night

It's an OK place to stay

Close to the train station, 24/7 convenience store right next door, nice staff.

The rooms are quite old and quite small. The toilet was clogged when we arrived but they took care of it within a few hours.

To the point

All was well. To the point. Staff is friendly.

I had a room facing the main road. At night quite some noise from people yelling etc. Not the fault of the hotel or property. Just the street noise level. If it is hot weather note that there is no Airconditioning, and no fan is provided in the room.
