Wir wären gerne länger geblieben

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Schöne große Schränke und viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Da wir mit Hund angereist sind, haben wir uns für eine Suite entschieden. Diese lag im Seitenflügel. Sehr ruhig und gut temperiert. Aber auch das Einzelzimmer im Hauptgebäude war sehr schön... großräumig mit einem tollen Bad. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hier wird besonders Wert auf regionale Produkte gesetzt. Das Brot und die Brötchen sind ein Traum. Das Abendessen in Buffetform ist sehr reichhaltig... Live-Cooking auf der Terrasse... Perfekt. Für uns war die Mitnahme eines Hundes wichtig. Hier zu erwähnen, Hunde werden nicht nur erlaubt, sondern werden auch wie kleine Gäste behandelt. Sehr angenehm. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen

Wenn ich jedoch etwas bemängeln müsste, wäre es der unglaubliche Komfort der Betten – sie waren so bequem, dass es uns schwerfiel, morgens aufzustehen ;) ! Wir haben selten so gut geschlafen. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort, den wir definitiv wieder besuchen werden. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Sehr schöne Auszeit

Hatten Frühstück auf dem Zimmer, sehr gut und ausreichend, gebracht durch sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Die Bar ist sehr gemütlich. Die Bedienung beim Abendessen war super freundlich.

Die Saunalandschaft ist etwas unterdimensioniert. Man arbeitet aber wohl an Erweiterung. Problematisch ist im spa der fehlende Handtuchnachschub und Handtuchabwurf. Wollten an der Hauptrezeption Massagetermin absagen. Wurden bei "fehlender Zeit" aufgefordert, selbst ins Spa zu gehen, um dies dort zu erledigen. Nicht ganz adäquat, aber zu verzeihen.

Breakfast was super delicious, as well as the dinner at Orangerie!

- it would be nice if the second sauna (Außenbereich) would have had also 90 degrease Celsius. Besides that, everything just awesome!

Could use some renovations. Value for money not good.

Nice location.

Facilities is a bit dated and could use a remodel and some renovations. The food was below par, especially for the price.

spa area was lovely. restaurant a la carte options were limited but very good.

rooms were simple and bathrooms dated. room service menu was very limited: sandwiches and salad

Wonderful hotel, very relaxing but very poorly decorated and lack of vegan/vegetarian richer options

It was very comfortable, specially the spa and pool area were very well designed and accessible. The personnel was friendly and helpful. Location was quiet and close to Nature.

The inner decoration is quite out of fashion and for such a beautiful historical place, the aforementioned decoration doesn't suit it at all. It should be more classical and elegant and less "modern". The options on the menu for vegetarian and/or vegan customers is quite, quiet poor. For being a place so far away from any kind of urban centre, this is rather quite unfortunate and needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

Pleasant

It was quiet, and the food was good albeit expensive.

I do not believe it came up to our usual 5 star expectations. Looking at the room facilities, it certainly fell below five star standards. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful.

Perfect for a short break from daily life…

Location and surroundings are great, big rooms. Exceptional breakfast and dinner with absolutely everything you wish. Courteous staff. Nice SPA.

SPA area could offer few more beds with regard to the amount of rooms/guests. Pool could be a little bit warmer in winter, but that’s really subjective.
