Панорама в этот раз очень порадовала!!! После ремонта совсем другое дело! Номер небольшой, но уютный! Все ожидания превзошла кухня! Аплаус шеф- повару!!!

Pokud zdraví dovolí, rádí se vrátíme

Hotel plně vyšel vstříc našemu požadavku na bezbarierové ubytování, které poskytlo vše co potřebuje vozíčkář ke svému pobytu. Strava velmi dobrá, kladně hodnotím informace o alergenech u každého jídla při večeřích, problém nebyl ani se zajištěním požadavku na poskytnutí bezlaktozových snídaní. Jako příjemný bonus jsme vnímali poskytnutí kuponů na bezplatný 3 hodinový pobyt v termálním jezeře pro každou osobu na dobu celého pobytu.

Jako negativní hodnotím kvalitu úklidu, ručníky nebyly vyměněny za celou dobu pobytu - jeden týden.

Kellemes hévízi hétvége

Finom volt a reggeli és a vacsora, a tó nagyon közel van. Jó ajánlatot fogtunk ki, és így nagyon megérte.

A kétszemélyes ágy két egyszemélyes matrac volt összetolva, ez egy pár számára nem ideális. Furcsállottam, hogy a két vacsora alatt egy felszolgáló se kérdezte meg, kérünk-e inni valamit.

Wonderful hotel for a reasonable price. If you love meat, you will enjoy dinners. Great location.

The hotel is in perfect location very close to the Heviz thermal lake, the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable. The spa area (saunas) were new and clean and lucky for us quite empty ;) . The hotel restaurant and lobby are beautiful and look luxurious. Our stay was for a great price considering the comfort of the stay. The food was very tasty and quite a variety, especially for someone who prefers meat (for a vegetarian not so much). I appreciate that for dinner there was always some kind of cold fruit soup - a traditional Hungarian dessert. And the pancake machine which makes fresh little pancakes! That was awesome.

The food was delicious, but for dinner there was not many vegetarian options - there were always about 4 different main dishes with meat (like meat in a sauce) but no such options without meat. If I wanted a warm meal, I had to combine one side dish with another side dish e.g. fried potatoes with rice. Only one evening there was fried cauliflower, which was delicious. Otherwise not so much choice of actual warm meals, maybe some sweet dishes or salads. And the coffee for breakfast. It was truly terrible :D Considering how all the other aspects of our stay felt luxurious, the coffee tasted really bad. And some of the staff (in the spa) did not speak English almost at all, which was a bit of a complication.

Rooms renovated, location close to the lake

Garage with pillars all over, parking without scratch is pure luck. Extremly unfreandly stuff

Comfortable hotel near Lake Heviz

Friendly staff, a comfortable room on the 13th floor with a beautiful view from the balcony, delicious breakfasts and dinners. Pets are allowed in the hotel.

There were not enough parking spaces, so we had to park quite far from the hotel. Many russians in the Hotel and in the city, it can be stressful for Ukrainians.

Very good

All was very satisfactory. Good value for money and well located for the main attractions.

Bedroom could have done with a slightly deeper clean but it wasn't too bad.

1.The location is very near to the Heviz Thermal Lake and new renovated 2. Professional and very polite Masseur. She did a very good massage!

1. No parking and it is not true that if you look for parking lot is only €7 per day according to their information. You have to park somewhere safe and will charge you around €1 per hour 2. The staff or bartender who was duty last Wednesday 24.8.2022 was the rudest person I have ever seen. He made a mistake taking order and I only asked the name of the cocktail that he prepared and to my surprise, he made a high tone voice very impolite. Very unprofessional!!! 3. The drinks for half board are not included so expect that you will pay extra! 4. It seems that some Salat are not fresh

Close to the Centre

-The room was not really clean - Too much bugs - Mostly The chairs at the restaurant are dirty and I think they never clean the chairs. - The cutleries are also not shining and some of them are dirty. - Some Spider net I found on the room. - Our First and the last staying there

Poor

The worst hotel ever. No a/c, everything old and dirty. Conditions didnt match the description at all. Most part of stuff mad and unkind, don’t speak english.
