Bylo tam skvěle.

Vynikající kuchyně a wellness

Na pokoji č.1 který je nad kuchyní je dost cítit a slyšet odsáváni.A v noci asi třikrát zapne nějaké čerpadlo,asi topení.

Good value for money.

The location is in the heart of the Spindleruv Mlyn. Room is big and ideal for couples. I like that’s there is a sofa and working table next to the bed. Complimentary drinks and coffee is also given in the room plus there’s a minibar. There’s a restaurant in the ground floor which is the place also for breakfast. Bathroom is also good and clean.

The room isn’t really quiet, you can hear noises above or outside. Breakfast could be better and have more options.

Centrally located hotel

The location of this property is fantastic right in the centre of town. There is also on site parking which was a bonus. The buffet breakfast had a varied selection and we were impressed with the sunny terrace of our room.

Staff at the local cafeteria!

Тhe fact that you need to vacate the room at 10, despite the fact that we checked in at 15.00 and you can only from 14. I understand that need to clean up for the next visitor, but this can only take an hour.

1. it was freezing. if you like to live in cellar this is your option. 2. no spa, so “Wellness daily” is not true, only if you stay 2 nights and longer. and even with payment you might not be able to book the time 3. the breakfast was the one of the worst so far. little to no options, even no scrambled eggs, only boiled. the cheapest juice, meat and sausages. (the photos show almost everything available, plus yogurt, a little bit of fruits and muesli) and this for 90 euros per night.

Connecting with the nature

Room was clean and cosy. Wellness was amazing, not to crowded, everything working properly, really relaxing.

Breakfast was fine, could be more diversified.

We are very glad that we choose this hotel for our holidays.

For the price, the room was perfect, not too small and tidy. When we were staying the weather was around 18-20°C, so it was comfortable to sleep, might be different if it would have been hot days. The location is in the center of the town therefore restaurants, bike rentals and shop is one or two minutes away. Hotel offer very nice SPA, perfect relaxation after hiking or biking. We could go to the breakfast with our dog, so that was very nice, the breakfast are quite simple, but good enough to start a day. In our room the WiFi was fast enough to be conformable.

Nothing what could be a deal breaker. There is no lift, so might be troublesome for someone.

Great location for skiing.

Ideal location in the city centre. 2 minutes walk away from our ski-bus and ski-rental. Storage for our ski gear was included in the price. Great breakfast with good vegetarian options, well prepared and fresh. Plenty of nice restaurants and apres-ski bars in the same area, with even more restaurants found on the other side of the river stream (5-10 minutes away). We had 90-minute wellness access included with our stay in their brand new spa area. It wasn't private but we found ourselves to be on our own most of the time, worth the visit. We had a nice balcony overlooking the centre. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. There was a lady at reception (middle-aged, long red hair) she was incredibly nice and helpful. Overall, a very nice stay.

Quite expensive - given that we stayed in their standard double and not in one of their newly renovated rooms or suite. Dinner in their restaurant was not that great for the price, and it closed by 9 PM. Parking was also not free. It's a very small hotel - meaning some of their staff are not employed exclusively for them. I received a massage from a lady that looked like a freelancer, reception had to call and ask her when a good time would be for her to come. She didn't speak a word of English and I ended up with 60, not a 30-minute massage, it wasn't the one I asked for and it wasn't too professional either. Housekeeping was very late and our room was not cleaned until late afternoon. There was a lady at reception during our check-in (middle-aged, short brown hair) that made us feel more like an inconvenience rather than welcome. She wasn't rude, and maybe my opinion and experience is different to other quests.
