quando il personale fa la differenza

posizione in quartiere tranquillo vicino al centro, personale di reception professionale e attento al cliente (ci hanno accordato senza problemi un cambio camera a seguito richiesta), camera matrimoniale

pulizia non ottima nella prima stanza(bagno non pulitissimo), cimici nelle tende, riscaldamento altissimo senza possibilità di spegnerlo, colazione un po scarsa

Pool was nice to chill around. And breakfast was good, and it was such good offer for the money.

Per fortuna a noi è capitata una camera tutto sommato discreta, si vede che era pitturata da poco

La sporcizia lungo i corridoi Inaccettabile in una città quale Reggio Emilia, nemmeno nei paesi del terzo mondo mi è capitato di trovare tanta trascuratezza Sicuramente esiste un servizio di pulizia , e il gestore è tenuto a controllare che lo staff svolga il lavoro per cui è pagato Tirare una aspirapolvere un giorno si e uno no non credo sia la fine del mondo o che porti via troppo tempo La colazione l'abbiamo saltata a piè pari, perché tanto ci da tanto e non ci siamo fidati Ci vuole poco a migliorare, basterebbe un minimo sforzo in più per ottenere ottimi risultati Un consiglio alla gestione ALMENO PROVATECI!!!!

Un bel posto immerso nel verde

La posizione dell’albergo per raggiungere i vari posti della città. La struttura dell’albergo piacevole con parcheggio auto e piscina esterna, purtroppo non utilizzata, perché eravamo in inverno. La stanza ben esposta da entrambi i lati e molto luminosa. La colazione ben assortita sia dolce e sia salato.

Non essere riusciti a regolare la temperatura interna della stanza. Era sempre calda con i fan coil non gestibili.

Pessima esperienza.

L'unica nota positiva è stata il personale. Ragazzi molto disponibili e gentili.

Camera senza illuminazione, bagno sporco, phon non funzionante, mobili rotti, nessun frigo bar in camera (nonostante in fase di prenotazione era previsto) letto scomodo, temperatura interna eccessivamente alta rispetto all'esterno.

Good hotel for a reasonable price. The staff was very kind. The pool was nice

Big noise if you have your rooms above the outside terrace. No restaurant in walkable distance

Great value for the family on the go!

Breakfast was very good and the kitchen and dining staff were great. Room and bathroom was as expected, needs upgraded (mostly aesthetic). Very good value for family in need of an extra night while on vacation. Good pool for kids.

All of the electric outlets need to be replaced, addition power outlet and better lighting.

The plug sockets either didn’t take French plugs, or were broken, as was a cupboard. No air conditioning or fan, the breakfast eggs were cold (scrambled eggs).

Family stay in Reggio Emily

We liked the pool, breakfast and parking option.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good

The hotel is a bit tired and needs some freshening up. We also did not have hot water when we needed to shower. We have stayed at 3 different 3 star hotels on this trip and this was by far the least impressive.

Ancient

The Smart TV was needed for entertainment.

Swimming Pool was not clean which staff explained it was due ti rain. The bedroom floor was dirty. It had an old run down look.

Quiet comfortable stay in Reggio Emilia

It was HOT in Reggio Emilia when we visited so the nice pool was a major bonus! The air conditioning in the room worked well so we were very comfortable. Decent Italian breakfast buffet. Free parking on site.

Really no issues. The hotel is on the outskirts of Reggio Emilia so if you're wanting to wander around the old city center this may not be the place you want to stay. We were visiting friends so that wasn't a concern for us.

The room was very clean and the staff generally nice and helpful

The bed was literally worse than what you get in the Army! And that's not an exaggeration! The backpain was unbelievable... The pool was full with algae and generally not cleaned, so unusable (see attached picture) The breakfast was a joke: o) practically no selection (1 type of cereal, 1 type of roll - no bread and often stuff would be unavailable long before the official time (I think 9:30 was the end, but if there's no rolls at 8h, that's unacceptable) o) COLD SCRAMBLED EGGS!? o) the only drinkable beverage was an Espresso Not totally the owners fault: there were quite a few people going about and talking in the middle of the night. Once it seemed like someone was using a power-washer for over an hour at 1'o clock in the morning. But: the thin walls and loose windows were definitely not helping, so it could've been more quiet...

The facilities themselves are very nice and pleasant to be in and the staff was also friendly and courteous.

With a bit more care this could be a very nice place. However, it seemed that the management did not care to provide a better service. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. Of our two nights (and two breakfasts), we had one day with plenty of (albeit cheap industrially made and not very healthy options) on the next day, they only offered the remainders from the previous day, that had clearly seen better days and were torn apart, etc. Instead of a full plate of cheese and a full plate of ham with a basked of bread slices next to apples, supermarket cakes and fruit salat, on the second day there were just 2 slices of ham, no cheese and no bread and just some crumbles of what has been cake on the previous day. When asking, it was said that there was no more, although the breakfast hours were not even close to ending.

Nice time for one night, when you're just passing by.

Nice, quiet location, not too far away from downtown if you had a bicycle or a scooter. You can choose your way to downtown (again - walking, biking or scootering) via the park next to the local river and that is really pleasant. Friendly staff, good restaurant.

Breakfast was really poor, just a typical croissant and a cup of coffee, maybe due to the CoVid situation. Although, the previous day I stayed in a different hotel with a real, rich breakfast, so... I suppose they could better considering the price of the room.
