Exceptional

I stayed in this hotel with my sister. It was a perfect vacation for both of us. The nearest beach was only 5 min far from the hotel. Every morning the host Mr Simone was baking the most delicious croissants I have ever eaten to serve the guests for breakfast. The whole staff was very friendly and loved what they do. Grazie!

Friendly, easy-going and overall delightful experience.

Lovely laid-back and friendly staff. Simone and staff went out of their way to accommodate us and assist with local attractions, including reserving restaurants and boat tickets. Rooms were clean and had plenty of natural light. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was great. Very close to public beach area and local town area, also very close to the train station. Great location. Hotel was family oriented, felt very safe staying there and had no issues with noise. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Anzio or near Rome.

We were really happy staying in Villa Marina 🩵

Great service! We were pleasantly surprised that they waited for our check-in late in the evening, treated us with goodies and showed us to our room. Our time in this hotel was amazing, the staff did everything for that. Comfortable rooms with everything you may need and an incredible view of the sea from the balcony. Air conditioning, gels, towels, refrigerator, hot water, TV, good views and accessibility to everything, fresh products for breakfast and very tasty coffee. Good location near the beach and many cafes and restaurants around (be sure to ask the villa staff which one to choose). We were really happy staying in Villa Marina.

Everything is okay, but breakfasts mostly with sweet products and for those who eat salty there are boiled eggs, simple yogurts and toast. Therefore, we could always have a tasty and nutritious breakfast.

The breakfast had very little fresh/healthy options. Also, the room was marketed with ocean view... which did not exist...

Stuff, breakfast, people and the locality were just perfect.

The people were really kind and all the time helpful. The owner waited on us eventhough we were there later. It was just perfect.

Lovely place. breakfast included. the breakfast consist of a croissant, jams and Nutella, juices, cereals. all the time you can take coffee. in this place I saw the service at the first in Italy. I enjoyed this place

Very helpful stuff, they are very caring about guests comfort. very comfortable room, cleaning was very good.

The breakfast included too much sweet food. But they make wonderful coffee 🙂.

Excellente.

Breakfast was very good. In America this is called a continental breakfast, but very good. The only thing I would suggest is a better comforter for the beds.

Only better sheets for the beds and a comforter. Other than that is was perfect.

dreadful

the morning keeper was very kind and friendly, he offered me twice a coffee...

the front odoor was closed at midnight, I was about 20 minutes late and nobody was sueveying the hotel at all. It was not clear how to get in, finally I found a door that looked like closed but it was actually open, that was the hotel main entrance! my room keys where not in the roster, I had to phone the emergency night number, the hotel keeper answered with an extremely rude wording, he told me the key was left in a box outside the entrance, open for anyone who could find it. breakfast was pre packed with no possibility to choose, quality was really poor
