Great family friendly place to stay and will stay there again

The beds were comfortable. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check in and check out were so easy with very friendly staff. The kids loved sitting on the verandah and feeding the turtles and the ducks. The grounds looked well maintained and its in a great location.

The pool was closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay, but we understand that sometimes that happens. There were a few spots, particularly in the bathroom where the floor felt a bit soft, like the floor was rotting.

A real surprise location.

Beautiful spot - couldn't believe it on arrival beautiful lakes with birdlife and turtles. Accommodation provided everything we required and looked out to the water.

Had difficulty watching television as it dropped out but not a major problem.

Self contained,,, couldn’t do better!

Set amongst the lakes , the cabins had enough room between them to be be pretty private, the birds and wildlife were stunning, waking in the morning to the bird calls was beautiful,

If I had to complain about something,,, the front gate!! Being right on the corner and having to ring a phone number for it to open it caused a couple of traffic problems,,, until we worked out at how far up the road we could ring and have the gate open for us as we got there,,, (became a bit of a game)😁

Beautiful scenery and wildlife, not right environment for families with older kids who struggle with keeping the volumn

The property was just as amazing as I remembered from our last visit. The interactive wildlife made our whole group melt and made the trip worth wild.

It isn’t the right environment if you have a late dinner on the verandah as noise over the water travels and conversing and laughing at 8pm will result in noise complaints and constant communications from the property management until we went inside. Also one of the cabins we were staying in had several door handles (bed room, bathroom) very loose and partially coming out. The shower was either stifling hot or freezing cold. So I would suggest that some TLC is needed in some of the cabins.

Tropical paradise

The location, such a beautiful location, you relax as soon as you get there. Nice spacious rooms. Well equipped.

Very hard for someone with mobility issues to climb the stairs, hand rails would be great. My mother who uses wheelie walker really struggled to get in.

Start of got there toilet was filthy. Bottom of the shower has mould around it bathroom door has water damage. Doors have been poorly maintained. The curtains need to be thrown in the bin full of mould witch is absolutely disgusting and a big health issue have photos to prove it the grounds need a alot of work done

Peace and quiet, the 🐢 turtles and birds are lovely. It is bonus to be able to feed them with food purchased at the reception. Staff where lovely, pool has a ladder to get in.

Paying a extra charge for using g a credit card, but couldn't pay cash.

A very nice accomodation, we liked having five beds and the pentry in the kitchen. The thing we appriciated the moat was

The staff was wonderful and so friendly! And we really liked the many animals and birds right outside our doorstep! The kids had a blast!

beautiful cabins on a lake in a for me ideal location.

my cabin was one of the last once at the back of the lake so didn’t see much of the lake from my little veranda which was ashame

Lovely setting, great staff. My kids loved feeding the possums, would defiinately say again.

Fantastic location with everything you need for a great family getaway, large bedroom with the three single beds. Plenty of space in the living area, very comfortable with the bonus of a barbecue and pleasant outdoor terrace overlooking the lake.

The room had a slight damp musty smell at times. Not many power points. But overall nothing to complain about.
