The cabin is in a quiet area—with great amenities: a private pool, sauna, and hot tub. There are some general maintenance issues, including the bottom deck door not "locking," burnt-out light bulbs, the child safety pool alarm not working, and doors in the pool area requiring attention due to degradation from salt/moisture. The cabin would benefit from a coffee maker to make a whole pot instead of strictly a Keurig. Also, the mattress on the king size bed was worn out. We ended up using another area to sleep. Overall for the price and the amenities offered we had a good time.

Overall, very positive experience at Tennessee Splash cabin in Sevierville. A few observations from our stay:Cleanliness of the exterior decks could have been a little better, as there were many spiderwebs on the railings, as well as on the seating areas.When we arrived, I discovered at least four lights were burned out: lamp in main bedroom, wall sconce above the Splash sign in the stairwell leading to the pool area, rear deck on main level (one light was out), and one light was burned out in the ceiling of the pool area. Temperature of the pool was chilly.Broken grout in the main level bathroom was a potential hazard (loose tile).Mattress cover in main level bedroom was stained, very old stains by the appearance (needs replaced). For safety, I would recommend that the step from the driveway to the front entrance deck be enhanced or raised closer to the level of the deck.

Great cabin and location up in the mountains. Family enjoyed the multiple decks and indoor pool. Pool depth is inaccurate as 3 ft if very limited. Other than that, everything was great.

Property was a major disappointment. There was issues with ac and they knew about it and did nothing about it during stay. The house seemed like it has never been cleaned throughout its existence. The property had a lot of broken and worn out furniture. Overall terrible experience if I could give it no stars I would but that’s not an option. Pictures definitely were misleading! For the amount of money spent I’m definitely upset for the terrible experience.

Very nice cabin. This place was very close to Pigeon Forge. Over all, we gave this place a 5 star. It was very pretty and the pictures is what it is 😊

My husband, 3 kids and I stayed here for 3 nights over Spring Break and we had a wonderful time. The house was as described and had lots to do for everyone in the family. The pool area was a bit worn and the bathroom door by the pool would not shut due to the humidity but my whole family enjoyed it. The hot tub was also a bit hit. The master bed was comfy but creaked loudly otherwise we enjoyed the house. It was the perfect size and loved the location at the end of the street so no traffic. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property. Location was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub. Bed in master has broken boards so the support was poor and the bed was uncomfortable. Over all a great place to stay. Appreciated the extra pool towels and the how clean everything was.

Cabin is nice, no single shampoo, soap or anything for shower, We do not use to carry this on trips and this one was the first rental without that, not a single coffee samples on kitchen, I understand those are not mandatory in a rental but will be a nice touch for the customers and are not expensive, the alarm of the door on pool area was really annoying and no easy to understand how works, some of the dishes were dirtyLocation is really good, parking of the cabin a little tight

Cabin was not ready at all for guest ,
Thermostat was at a/c and was super cold inside . Had to change my self to heat and stay in car for a while with kids tell it’s warm up .
Restroom fan not working so had to use it with open window while outside was near 30 .
Sauna heater broken , so can’t use it
Swimming pool water pretty cold after using it kids sick now
Smoke detectors missing only wires stick from ceiling
Hot tub was off so had to wait tell next day for water to warm up
Propane tanks empty - can’t use fire-pit,
Contacted management they said as they can’t help me out but I can go to gas station and refill them my self .
Smells not fresh at all inside .
Listing say salt water in swimming pool but it’s not .
Missing tiles etc ..
And many other issues .

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our kids and the salt water pool was so much easier on their skin. The pool table and arcade game was also very nice to have to help entertain. We look forward to staying again.

This cabin checked all the boxes and more for me, my husband and 3 yr old son who couldn’t get enough of the indoor swimming pool. It was very clean, well equipped and centrally located to all the popular nearby destinations. We wish we could’ve stayed a day or 2 longer with all that Gatlinburg, the Smoky Mountains and this Cabin has to offer. There was never a dull moment for us. We hope to visit here again very soon!

This is a wonderful home, and the owner truly cares about making your stay a pleasant one. The home has a lot to offer. There is an indoor pool that our grandchildren practically stayed in the entire time, a hot tub that we truly enjoyed, a game room with a great pool table, and a sauna. I can’t imagine you would be disappointed. In fact, you may not want to leave.

Booked for a short stay of two nights. About 15 minutes from Dollywood, yet very quiet location. Cabin was really clean and everything seemed to be in good working order. I was contacted promptly by the property manager/owner to ensure I had everything I needed. I would have liked an earlier check in before 4. Seems odd to be charged a full day for a cabin with such a late check in, but the policy was made clear before booking.
The downstairs pool was nice, as was the sauna. The downstairs bathroom did not have soap, but that was the only issue we had. Would consider booking again at this cabin.

The cabin was perfect for our spring break vacation. The location is the perfect distance to the grocery store but far enough to feel isolated. We loved having so much to do in the cabin especially when the weather wasn't great for a day. The pool/sauna/hot tub were used daily and were awesome! The owner is very accessible though we never had any issues, it was nice to know we could reach out if needed. This was a wonderful cabin and we would definitely stay here again.

The cabin smelled like cigarette smoke & mildew. Not enough towels, linens, multiple light bulbs blown, pull out couch sheet was dirty, light & fan issues, downstairs bedroom was hot and only way the fan would stay on was to sleep with the light on as the property manager said the only fix would to be to replace the entire fan unit. Response of property manager lacked as we asked many times for assistance and or some type of compensation. The pool was dirty. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. We were looking forward to this trip, but the cabin/listing is misleading.

My experience at Tennessee Splash was really nice!! I enjoyed it. The communication with the host was great! They responded very quickly, making my experience all the more greater. My only issues were the old shower curtains that could have been changed out and the light on the jacuzzi not working. It was also a couple of leaks by the entrance door and under the kitchen sick. And the sauna didn’t work or I just didn’t know how to work it. All in all I still enjoyed my stay and it was a wonderful experience.

This cabin is awesome. Everything that was advertised was there. Kids loved the indoor pool, adults liked the pool table. Pigeon Forge was just about 20 minutes from the cabin so didn’t have to go far for entertainment and food. Property managers very friendly and always answers our questions promptly. Will rent this cabin again and also with this company❤️

The property was beautiful and well kept!! The pool and hot tub were amazing and my girls loved getting to swim as much as they wanted!! Everything we did was a short drive away!! We did Gatlinburg the first day and the hatfields and McCoy’s dinner shows!! On our second day we did the pirates dinner show!! Both shows we wonderful and they were both only about a 10 min drive from the cabin!!
