We had a lovely time the hotel was decorated for Christmas and it was a happy place to be.

The location was beautiful & room with a sea view. The hotel has been re decorated and it’s beautiful and very clean. Staff were very helpful and nice.

Crítica constructiva no destructiva

Me gustó lo agradable que es el personal los recepcionistas súper amables tanto Peter como Hugo muy serviciales para cualquier cosa que les pidieses te informaban rapidamente. Asi como la Directora que nos recibió el primer día muy amable y comunicativa.Los camareros del comedor y de la cafetería igualmente amables. La ubicación es extraordinaria a nada de distancia de la playa, muchos servicios alrededor restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas, etc. La vista y el sonido del mar desde la terraza y la cama muy relajante. Todo muy limpio, falta un poco de mantenimiento en el conjunto de la habitación sobre todo en el techo del baño, pero quizás es que al ser casi final de temporada las cosas estén un poco más deterioradas y imagino que durante el invierno dan un repaso a todo lo estropeado y se arregla para la temporada siguiente.

No nos gustó nada el bufet de por la noche, muy repetitivo y poco donde elegir para un español, se echaba en falta un poco de menú español una,sopa de cocido,.unas tortillas francesas, una Ensaladilla rusa, un gazpacho,salmorejo, ensalada de verano, unos buenos entremeses, etc (seguro que los extranjero si.lo prueban les gusta) osea comida de la que un español cena en casa. Además casi todo era frío, lo caliente eran un consome y unas crema súper raras. He de decir que en mi vida he cenado tantas ensaladas como en esta semana, porque al final era lo único que a la vista me agradaba porque lo demás la presentacion no era apetecible (no se si porque estaba todo escogido y revuelto por los clientes anteriores o por que como ellos cenan tan pronto parece que ya no quedaban mas que las sobras). Del bufet del almuerzo no puedo decir nada pues nunca comí alli, pero si puedo decir que leía la carta y la verdad prefería irne a comer al restaurante de al lado que en el hotel pues solo leer la carta ya no me atraía. A ver no estaba mal elaborado ni mal producto solo poco apetecible. Y encima en el restaurante es más barato y la verdad muy rico (también tienen clientes de otras nacionalidades que disfrutan de nuestras comidas). Esta pensado mucho para lo que comen los clientes extrajeros y tienen que pensar en clientes españoles que aunque seamos minoría también somos clientes. También hay que tratar de satisfacer a todos los clientes. Esta conversación la hemos tenido varios clientes españoles de diferentes lugares de España y hemos coincidido no nos gustaba la cena. Sin dudarlo si yo vuelvo a ir a Benidorm ire al Hotel Brisa pues me ha gustado casi todo menos de lo que he expuesto . Pero solo cogeré el desayuno que es lo único que me pareció rico.

Enjoyable break in a lovely hotel

Breakfast - good choice, coffee could be sorted out as that wasn't the best but not changing the rating of my stay based on that.

overall a very pleasant hotel and its location but you let us ( and yourselves ) down regarding the early morning dep

everything was just fine - lifts were reasonably quick when pushing call button. Staff were very friendly and efficient The balcony was of good size and the general layout of bedroom ( room 510 ) was just right .

nothing wrong with property but one thing let you down —- we advised your reception staff we had a early call ( 05.30 ) for transport to airport and asked if any facilities were available ( sandwich / drink ) etc .They said restaurant would be open ! - it was but nothing was available ie no bread , no milk , no cakes , no fruit . Nothing and of course we were not in a position , at that time of morning to go shopping !, A very big let down

Nice friendly hotel

Nice clean hotel friendly staff but shower screne useless allowed water through it to flood the floor. Reported to reception but nobody came to check it. Breakfast ok But tipical Spanish streaky smoked bacon which repeats on me all day. Good choice of food.

Location is perfect for what I needed. Right on the seafront and everything I wanted right on the door step. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast (only meal I had) very good with plenty of choice.

for a 4 star you expect the shower to be fully working we had to hold the shower head to have a shower no kettle in the room which was disappointing

We had never been to Benidorm before but will definitely be back and staying at the Brisa Hotel

The hotel was on the front with amazing views, it was an great location and nice and quite. it was so clean, breakfast was very nice with a great choice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable

Room wasn't clean on arrival, problems each day with the room keycard, having to go up and down to reception to sort the cards out, we stay many times in Benidorm as we only live 1 hour away and have stayed in lots of Hotels in Benidorm but this will be the first and last time here ! We had a suite , we have had suites at other hotels and this was by far the poorest suite, basically its a small double room with a standard bathroom, and an adjoining room which to be honest is a waste of space .
