Das Hotel ist in einem wunderschönen Gebäude
Das Begrüßung Personal und Rezeption Personal machen einen tollen Job!
Tolles Essen!

Everything! The facilities are just what is expected in a 5 star facility and is the epitome of luxury . The modern building the doormen the concierge Salvador who can help with any desire personally…all of the reception staff like Lucca who made sure early morning tours had breakfast boxes ready for us and the breakfast buffet is simply MARVELOUS with huge variety and with self serve mimosas and FRESH brewed coffee in the land of coffee and not a coffee machine most hotels are using now….The location is superb right in the center of Rome in an upscale neighborhood. The suite was huge and impeccably designed with luxury in mind. The deep soaking tub was a welcome respite after long days of touring

Location is fantastic, not too crowded, and close by to train station and other attractions. Rooms were luxurious and well maintained. It was a very comfortable experience and we actually spent more time in our room that out roaming in Rome. The staff were super helpful and treated our 2 year daughter like a princess. Even she loved the whole experience.

Micul dejun peste asteptarile mele, deosebit si diversificat, atentia ospatarilor, curatenia, calitatea produselor de igiena, etc.
Faptul ca am stat la o mansarda desi a fost foarte spatioasa ,ingrijita si foarte curata.

Location, food, bar staff and quality of room. Concierge service was all very good as a whole.
On arrival we were congratulated on our honeymoon. It was my daughters 22nd birthday treat, not our honeymoon.
On the documents my daughters name was down as Estelle rather than Paige. Despite me changing this at check-in she was referred to as Estelle on all info.
Our room was made up as a double despite me emailing and checking about this before arrival, and it should have been a twin. I asked for this to be changed whilst we were out and it was.
Our water was cold and couldn’t fixed I was told so we had to have cold showers on our first morning and had to also change rooms.
We had a bottle of prosecco as a sorry for the room and we had only drank 2 glasses due to going for dinner and the next day the bottle was removed.
Massage for my daughter. Her masseuse massaged her belly despite her saying on the form to avoid this for reasons of her choosing. The receptionist said sorry 3 times and said she need to perhaps look at why this was an issue for her. I find this totally unacceptable. I am disappointed we were charged for this in all honestly.
Dinner in Seon was a disaster and it was only thanks to the lovely food and vibe in there that saved it. We had 5 staff serve us, it took 20 miniutes for us to be able to order our drinks and food , and that was after asking someone to take our order. It took a further 20 minutes to get our water and starters. Mains arrived about 45 minutes after we sat down whilst we still had our starters and they were for another table, they took these off us and I was surprised to see them taken to the table they were meant for. Our mains came 1 hour and 10 minutes after we arrived and this meant by the time we left we had been there over 2 hours. We had no check backs and what made it worse was the tables near us were flawless.
Our return car hadn’t been booked and thankfully I checked on this the day before.

Zeer goed ontbijt, enorme variatie met zelfs sushi, gerookte zwaardvis enz. Prachtig gebouw en locatie.
Vriendelijk personeel. Zeer proper.
Zeer prijzige minibar en lobbybar (cocktail €25 enz..).
Ontbijt heeft gerechten a la carte, soms erg lang wachten. Thermostatische kraan douche werkt niet naar behoren. Kamers eerder sober in contrast tot luxueuze stijl van het hotel.

The location was fantastic, we were able to Lime scooter or walk to everything. Great bar with a great range of drinks. The pool was a massive hit with my family as it was 35 degrees we were able to use it in the middle of the day and again in the afternoon till 6pm. The mojito pool side after a day of sightseeing were a massive win! Thank you!
The pool could have been open a little later maybe till sunset ie 8pm

Loved almost everything and was the perfect choice for our final days before heading home. Great staff and breakfast and the rooms were very comfortable and large. The hospitality was excellent as were the restaurants and all staff. We will be back!
We booked especially for the pool and it wasn't working for half of our stay. Disappointing as we paid a premium for the hotel just to have the use of a pool. We understand it couldn't be helped but were not offered anything to make up for it.

An amazing stay from start to finish, we were staying for a special occasion and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful from the moment we first arrived. The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location with easy connections to everywhere in the city. We will definitely be back.

No view and therefore a bit dark, plus a bit small.

Súper luxury, top notch service in perfect location. Really an amazing property and experience from start to finish.
The minor things aren’t worth mentioning as this is a top notch property and it was close enough to perfect.

Location was brilliant, short walk to the main Termini for trains and buses. We walked everywhere with no issues. Room was amazing. Had a slight issue with our initial room, but was then moved and all was brilliant from that point onwards. Great city view, plenty of space, bed was very comfortable. Utilised the roof top pool and bar, food was exceptional. Staff were exceptionally understanding and very helpful.

Loved the stay, highly recommend it for everyone coming to Rome.
Very close to the Rome termini station. You’ll find the the staring point for the tourist bus in a walking distance to you.
The staff were literally amazing.
They would have welcomed us every time we get in or out of the hotel.
I won’t specify a name of a specific staff because all of them were great.
Finally, the rooftop restaurant is AMAZING!!!.
The only downside was the fact that it is a bit far from the famous sites like the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, and the piazza novona (but I enjoyed walking to all these sites).
Another thing is the price was a bit too high.

Staff in lobby and breakfast restaurant
Breakfast selection
Location very central
Pool area on level 5 very crMped and poor staff.
Room did not match lobby. Room outdated.
No furniture on balcony. Tv direct in feont of window. room had many impacts from luggage no service done to this, makes the room look run down. Poor sound proofing.
35 euro to use steam room for 30 min.

The first impressions were excellent: the grandeur of the building and friendly reception staff made for a great check-in. We were upgraded to a junior suite (albeit an accessible/disabled room) and the room was spacious and luxurious. The location is great, most sights are within walking (20mins) distance or a short Uber ride away. The train station, Termini, is also around the corner. Lastly, the SPA! Do yourself a favour and book a treatment, it was one of the best spa treatments I’ve had.
- After check-in, we proceeded to have lunch at La Fontanella and that’s where the great first impressions stopped. The staff at La Fontanella was *incredibly* unpleasant (the most unwelcome staff I’ve probably ever experienced) and the food, simple sandwiches, took an hour to arrive. This was discussed with reception staff and I was told the F&B manager would reach out to discuss further. This is yet to happen.
- The pool was closed when we were (28-31 May) despite their website saying the pool is open May-October. The days were hot and we were very disappointed we couldn’t go for a swim, especially given this was really the main reason we booked this hotel at this price bracket.
- To make things worse, the rooftop was only accessible during rooftop bar hours (from 6pm), despite stunning sunny days, so there was no option to enjoy the outdoor area at all. Very strange. The only “chill-out” area available during the daytime was the lobby bar, which is inside.
- The servicing/turndown of our room was spotty. The room wasn’t done by 3/4pm on two occasions, toiletries weren’t replenished.
- Despite following the laundry instructions, our laundry wasn’t collected and we had to actively chase up the collection and subsequent return in time for our departure. On the phone they made it seem as if we misunderstood things (ie saying “where did you get an 8pm return from?”) when it’s clearly stated on their laundry form. It felt like a bit of gaslighting to be honest.
All in all, we’ve had a mixed experience. To add here, we’ve stayed at multiple Anantara’s across the world and are used to the “Anantara-experience” which simply wasn’t delivered at Palazzo Naiadi. Perhaps these are teething issues but we didn’t experience the customer-focused mentality that we’ve been used to with other Anantara stays.

The staff was really nice and helpful to try to make our stay pleasant despite all inadequacies of the hotel
Main disappointment was on the pool area - we booked the hotel for the rooftop/pool to have some place to relax after our full days of visit and walking : the pool was closed despite the date (second week of May) and sun (24 degrees) - on the top of it, the pool area and the bar are absolutely not what you can expect for a 5* hotel booked for a city trip : it's mega "Posh", not opened before 6pm, the electronic music is very loud. It was totally crowded by locals with no quite area for the clients of the hotel - most of the seat are high stools and you do not have long chairs or anywhere to relax - highly frustrating - really felt in a beach club in Mykonos which was not the purpose of our visit to Rome. And there is no other terrace/ outside area in the hotel so you are totally stuck
Also the food is more than expensive, there is nothing for kids / teenagers so we had to go outside the hotel every night
We paid 1000 euros per night (for 2 adults and one teenager) which is incredibly high for what we get also with respect to the bed room
The price for value of the hotel is very low from my perspective
