Buona posizione e uno stile tutto suo!

Un buon Hotel nell'insieme come posizione e come stile, ovviamente le camere "economiche" erano disposte in un altra struttura distaccata dall'hotel. Ma sempre adiacente all'hotel. La parte "economica" riportava stanze con porte ingresso in doghe legno che non isolavano affatto. Tanto che si sentiva qualsiasi cosa dalle scale. Ovviamente ci voleva anche il buon senso delle persone che invece di moderarsi urlavano. Nel contesto comunque tutto lo consiglio. Posizione perfetta.

Porte ingresso stanza non isolavano. La non presenza di una qualsiasi mensola in bagno per un appoggio.

Basic - ok to stay for one night to use as a base. Probably wouldn't stay again

Central location and fine to use as a base for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful and stored our luggage, 24/7 concierge. Room had a view onto the Marina.

Rooms were small and basic, facilities in room were poor e.g. basic toiletries, sliding bathroom door which wasn't too sturdy. Fine for one night to sleep but not a comfortable stay - wouldn't want to stay here any longer. The cost of the room isn't good value for money based on our experience. No lift - had to carry luggage upstairs to upper floors.

Booked a twin room, disappointingly ended up with a double bed. Not comfortable to be sleeping in the same bed with an acquaintance.

A great place to stay for the view, proximity to ferries and the location at the foot of the Old Town.

we had a room with small balcony and sea view. this was great as the property is located by the marina. it was nice to have the use of the cafe if needed. The room was basic but comfortable.

We didn’t dislike anything. Some people might have objected to the loud talking outside the bar next door which went on until 4 or 5am but it was our choice to sleep with the French windows open and it really didn’t bother us at all. We would stay at this hotel again. The only improvement I can think of is that a couple of small chairs in the room would have been nice so we could sit by the French windows and admire the view.

the location, nothing else

the building A is OK, the building B is really bad, much lower quality than A and not worth the price. it is also incredible noisy, not just because it is close to the nightlife, but because it is poorly built. I would not recommend it

Best location to be in Ibiza.

It was really close to the center and all the restaurants and bars were nearby. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. All the atmosphere in total was nice.

The bed was not comfortable at all, if you moved a little bit the neighbor could already hear it. The room was small and with no balcony, it was just a window with sea view.

A convenient location and great staff in the madness of August

The staff are excellent - friendly and helpful even in the madness of August heat

The rooms are a bit shabby for the price and my room at the back was much noisier at night than on the front like last time. But I guess that is Ibiza in August! Also, due to work, I often have to change my work plans last minute so travel arrangements also change. I have asked other booking.com premises in the past to waver my cancellation fees as a goodwill gesture, and as a repeat customer, and it was interesting how Ryans Marina are THE ONLY hotel to not even consider it. I have had hotels agree to return part of the room charge or all of it if the room gets re-booked, but Ryans this time turned me down point blank. I will remember this before booking again. Little gestures like this make all the difference when you are a regular traveller.

no lift/elevator. make sure you request for lower floors if you have a lot of baggages.

DON NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE - IS A SCAM !!

Nothing !! It’s a scam !

The scam!! Advertised a “Superior single room” and the price was over 220€ per night. I checked in and payed but when I opened the door to my room.. well it should be the cleaning cupboard under the stairs.. the room was tiny, no rubbish bin, bed was under the stairs so I had people walking on my head going up and down the stairs all night.. party party party.. I came to Ibiza for work, this was the cheapest room I could find and it was definitely not a “superior single room” as advertised… this platform booking is also a scam.. I booked a hotel in Barcelona, was supposed to include breakfast.. that was a fat lie on booking department.. Above all I tried to refuse the room, opened the door and closed it immediately and told reception that that’s not the room I ordered, they said they were full, I asked for a refund (full or partial) they refused !!

perfect location for a short stay and to enjoy the old town

great location, clean bright and beautiful views of the port

bed was very hard and basic, but fine for a short stay. safebox was not working *if you are traveling/ arriving very late, note there is no water provided in the room.
