Those flashing smoke detector lights are irritating I could not sleep at night

Lights above the bed, I complained and the guy doing maintenance told me irs a smoke ditector, those lights are very irritating at night because they keep on flashing so I could mot sleep well

Breakfast was good, room was too small for us, the beds are very small, there is no fridge

the room and the bed, my room was not cleaned, the bed was not made in the afternoon

Great stay and lovely staff

Loved the place was really nice and many restaurants around the area

The carpets absorbed the scent of people who were smoking weed and hubbly with made the whole hallway smell like weed.Dont know why there's no smoking area for people who smoke and why they were smoking in the roome

Loved my stay. The hospitality and kindness of the staff was satisfactory and breakfast was mouth watering.

Safe parking. 24hr reception. Bar and restaurant onsite.

Only 1 hand and bath towel that felt like sand paper for 2 people, no sheet on the bed and no complimentary water. Reception did not inform us to keep our slip to exit the venue, as it has a code security needs to use to open the gate for you. VERY disappointed in our room.

I'd classify this as a budget tourist hotel in the CBD.

Location in main CBD next to U of South Africa University

Carpet was old and filthy. Furniture was worn and dirty. Room was on the small side.

The breakfast was diverse and catered for our needs and exceeded expectations
