This house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a small private pool (great for young kids), 6 people hot tub, a game room! Great home for an active family with a private swimming pool (Pool May 15th - September 30th. 6 person hot tub (hot tub open all year) Amenities include 6 TV's, wireless internet access, washer/dryer, microwaves, dishwasher, central air & heat, ceiling fans, grill, open deck w/deck furniture, and outside shower.
Linens and beach towels are included. Beach towels can be added for an additional cost.
House is equipped with the following standard amenities: A/C & Heat (unless otherwise noted), television, internet service, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, pots, pans, service dishes, dishes, silverware, can opener, assorted glassware, furniture, appliances, brooms, and vacuums. Houses should have bedspreads and pillows. Blankets may not be in the unit so you may want to bring your own. You must furnish your own paper products and cleaning supplies. You should also bring any items that you feel are indispensable for an enjoyable vacation. All TV's have streaming capabilities. You cannot rearrange furniture or take furniture to the beach. Our company shall not be responsible for changes to equipment, amenities or furnishings made by owner without our knowledge.

We stayed here for a week and it was a perfect location to walk to shops, 7/11, a few resturaunts and not too far of a walk to the beach. There was a slight issue in the beginning with some confusion on the linen, but the property manager got back to us in a quick and efficient manner. He had the issue resolved the same day! We would definitely stay here again. The hot tub and pool was great for the littles.

Our week was fabulous. The property was clean and the four levels afforded us privacy when we desired it. The main level allowed us space to play games, eat together and just ‘hang out’. My kids loved Ms. PacMan and we all loved the hot tub and pool. The toughest thing was walking the flights of stairs, but since that gave us some exercise, that was a positive, too.

We loved our vacation at this property. It is our favorite location in Outer Banks and a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and things to do. The hot tub and game room were great for our teenagers and the house was very clean and new!! We would definitely stay again!!

Great location! Nice house, cargo elevator was a nice touch! Lots of steps but we knew what we were in for. Wear your Fitbit! Lol. We had so much fun walking to the beach and then playing in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. You really can park the car and walk to every thing. Owner is easy to communicate with and responds promptly. Best vacation!!!

We enjoyed our beach vacation! Property manager was very responsive to any questions we had, check-in was easy and we were able to walk to the beach or relax at the pool/house and it was perfect. The cargo lift was a life-saver for unloading luggage and groceries! Nice touch.

The house worked out great for our needs! The kids loved having a hot tub in the winter. I know its a minor thing, but I appreciated that the cookware was nice stainless steel pots and pans as opposed to non-stick pans full of chemicals. Thanks so much!

My children and I checked in Thursday 9/8 and out Sunday 9/11 for a long weekend together. We had the best time, the home was just as pictured and the property manager Mike was amazing to work with. We will definitely go back again! Many memories made!

The property was well maintained with nice beachy décor inside.
The property manager was very nice and accommodated a last minute change with our pets and addressed any concerns we had swiftly. Thanks to whoever attached the cargo lift outside-very very helpful and needed ! There a quite a bit of stairs in the house, so consider that if there are family members up in years in your party. The location was good easy access to stores and a nice breakfast spot nearby!! Public beach access about 3 blocks away. When we were there the beach was not crowded and very enjoyable!

Highly recommend staying here! House was great, clean and Mike’s communication was spot on! Our teenagers had the freedom to walk everywhere.....to the beach, shopping, 7-Eleven and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were a plus and the lift for luggage and groceries were huge since the kitchen was on the third floor.

Great house with a great view
Great location in Kill Devil Hills, everything is in walking distance and the beach is just a short walk away, the lift on the front balcony makes carrying luggage & grocery bags much easier. Nice pool and hot tub in the back. Mike was also very easy to work with.

We love this house and its location! The weather was perfect and we had a lot of beach time! The lay out was great for two families. Big game room down stairs that walks out directly to the pool and hot tub area. The balcony's views are beautiful. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen has all the cooking supplies. Easy walk to beach, shopping, and restaurants. House has a cargo lift which made loading and unloading of groceries a breeze. Owner was easy to deal with and answered back quickly to our questions. You must walk to American Pie for ice cream! We will stay here again!!

House was overall clean but pictures are not updated. House needs maintenance in and out.
Although there are many stairs in the house we enjoyed having privacy on each level and you could not hear noise from one floor to the next.
The pool and hot tub are a nice touch to have especially if you have a family.
Walking distance to many places to eat, ice cream, etc. the location is great!
The beds were comfortable .
The kitchen was well stocked and organized.
The fridge in the kitchen has a condensation leak on the inside and you have to leave a drip pan taking up space.
Tv in game room was not working.
The outdoor propane grill was not working optimally and the tank was not filled upon our arrival.
The bushes around the house especially near shower and pool area need to be trimmed back.
The pool needs to be better maintained - vacumned etc during a stay.
There are large spiders all around the pool, hot tub, and sliding back doors.
Do not use the path to beach in description of house as it is all overgrown with thorns. Walk down to the right side of the Ramada and use the public stairs and beach access much better.

Clean comfortable house in great location!
OBX Life III is a great beach house that was very clean and nicely furnished! Everyone had a good night’s sleep on very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool & hottub & the kids loved playing pool in the game room. Conveniently located close to Harris Teeter, the ABC store, 7-11, Pigman’s BBQ, Mama Kwans, and Kill Devil Grill!
I do wish the wagon provided at the house was more narrow in order to pull it to the beach on the path. We will be back to OBX Life III next summer for sure!
