Séjour très agréable. À renouveler.

On a aimé la situation géographique, la proximité des commerces, les espaces verts, le calme à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la résidence.

La propreté un peu juste à notre arrivée.

Je n y retournerai pas, nous avons l habitude des appart hôtel mais celui ci est vraiment le dernier au classement.

L accueil

L état du logement, très sale, des traces de moisissures. Une odeur de tabac froid dans l appartement insupportable pour des non fumeurs. Les nuisances sonores des voisins. La fermeture de la piscine très tôt nous n avons pas pu en profiter. Nous avons été obligé de réclamer un petit kit ménage.

Bien mais la propreté laisse à désirer, pour nous pas un problème car on n'y allait que pour dormir

Le calme, le stationnement, la literie.

Les locaux communs ne sont pas propres. Les vitres de l'appartement ne sont pas faites, plein de saleté de collée dessus. Toutes les feuilles sont présentes à la sortie de la porte fenêtre pour atteindre le balcon.

Logement conforme à la description, piscine agréable, beaucoup de verdure pour promener nos compagnons à quatre pattes

Logement pas très propre, sable sur le canapé à mon arrivée, équipements vieillots ( rouille sur le frigo et baignoire, table du balcon abimée )

appartement salle vaisselles salle microonde avec des reste de bouffe des autre locataire pas de produit pour nettoyer la vaisselle ni la cuisine je comprend que j'ai trouver un appartement salle il on débité ma caution je déconseille fortement

Wir waren angenehm überrascht von der Qualität zu einem günstigen Preis.

Eine abgeschlossene Anlage mit viel Grün drumherum, trotzdem nicht abgelegen. Kurzer Weg nach Vannes. In direkter Nähe eine Pizzeria.

Die Austattung der Küche war etwas sparsam. Die Mikrowelle kompliziert.

The pool and parking

The apartment was very basic as were the furniture and equipment I did not like the coverings on the bed , pillows and sofa ,the remote control for the TV didn’t work as the batteries were dead didn’t bother going to reception to change them as we didn’t need tv , the path to and from the pool was dirt track not good when you come out with wet feet , very tired but must have been lovely when new.

A place to forget

the location Near vannes. Near the Beach, and Near Facilities. The bed was good for 10 night.

the entrance of the pool was completely disgusting (my husband had an allergic reaction) , we paid 15 € for wifi which was not working and employees gave me a number to call i used to wait 1 hour without having hotline! the sport room was dirty, and the spa is not available... the pool was not warmed... the surrunding is really noisy, No car park after 20H we were obliged to let the car outside the site! the cleanning was not done when we get in, and be really carefull beacause lot of thing are missing in the flat (but they did not gave us a list!)

Okay, spacious, but need a car to get around, and need to clean not just tidy for the next person.

Location in middle of trading estate couldn’t walk into a village of town.

Better beds, bedding included and cleaning. Fans were dirty and drawers.smell in the hall not sure what this was. Not enough parking at night. Steps into pool need lining, as danger of falling and stubbing toe if moving towards steps when in pool, cos steps difficult to see. No shop or bar on site.

Ideal for exploring le golfe du morbihon en velo , a pied ou en voiture

Nice big terras with table and chairs, nice view on pond with ducks and swimming pool; quiet place nearby all facilities (supermarket, nice town Vannes, small Village Plescop).

small kitchen and equipment, eg had to buy champagne glasses in the land of wine and bubbles ? , no oyster knife or krab/lobster scissors in Bretagne ? ;-) , Left them for next visitors

Wonderful for a family to stay in.

This apartment was very spacious and comfortable. I liked how most tools - such as a hair dryer, shampoo, etc. - were given. The pool provides a nice alternative if you’d like to stay inbound.

There weren’t too many things that were off about this apartment, but the room wasn’t as clean as we had expected and we had a hard time finding a parking spot as we arrived at night.

Please don't put your site at booking.com if you don't speak English

They didn't tell you how to install the bed. No bed / pillow cover. No explanation in English. Too far from the city and you need a taxi after 20:00 pm. At the end you only spent your time, energy, and money. Never return!

Bed was uncomfortable. Construction was going on next door. The apartment is very, very small. The check in does not have long hours.
