We loved the views the restaurant and staff. The room we had was very disappointing.

The views are amazing. The restaurant was great and so was the staff.

Our room wasn’t great. It had a nice view but no shade at all on the balcony. We had one umbrella that tipped over on a moderately windy day. The hot tub was more of a slightly warm tub. Our room had ants. Not what you expect for the money you are paying

Nice to see again but that’s it for us Santorini has priced itself out of the market

The staff expressed kindness and appreciation. Breakfast amazing

Very disappointed with our initial room given, then was taken to another room 3 hours later which was better. Outdoor jetted tub didn’t work for 2 days and bathroom floor overflow kept water rising while showering. When you pay $6500 euros for 6 nights you’d expect better.. 6 years ago we paid $4300 our places have inflated prices.

Great splurge for a lovely unique hotel.

We were here 25 years ago and the property is still one of the best on the island, gorgeous view, comfortable beds, great location, as long as you don’t mind A LOT of steps! Worth the view if you’re up to it.

Just the steps, but that made eating the wonderful Greek food guiltless:)

Fantastic !!!!

Property and rooms were spotless beautiful . Breakfast was delivered to the room and consistently delicious. Staff was always there to answer questions or help you book a tour . Pool was the highlight of our hotel time , bartender was very informative and as friendly as you would find . Thank you ASTRA SUITES !!!

Breathtaking views, quiet location, luxury accommodations, and friendly and exceptional staff

Our view was breathtaking looking out on the Caldera and water (and Skarros rock). Location was perfect for us. Much quieter than other parts of the island & perfect for us.

All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcomed (and to help with reservations/cancellations and transport) except for Nikos at the pool. There were numerous times he was beyond rude with us and we felt because we did not regularly buy drinks and food at the pool that we were not given the same attention and regard that other pool guests were given. We were beyond polite and friendly with him but our experience with him at the pool made us not want to hand out at the pool on our final day.

Perfect honeymoon

Staff and service were wonderful. Highly recommend. Went in mid October during shoulder season and had fantastic time during honeymoon. The view was INCREDIBLE. Such a special and romantic time. DEF get pool in your suite!

pool in room could have been hotter when we arrived. but fixed quickly!! Nightime was somewhat breeezy and blankets were required for outdoor dining.

The best place to stay in Santorini!!

The staff were so friendly and our room had the most incredible view. It was cleaned twice a day. The Five Senses restaurant was so good I’d say the best on the island and they catered for vegans & vegetarians. it was a very romantic, idyllic place.

Location was amazing, it had gorgeous view, people were coming to near this place to get sunset pictures, Staff were amazing, so helpful and always trying to help, Orea (Reception) helped us a lot finding decent places to see or visit, they suggested different tours that we did and its was awesome.

our room was two story room, bed in the upper level and sitting area down, the air condition was cool in the first level but second level was hot, if you make it cooler didn't do much, still felt like when ever we came down we were chilling and when going up it was kinda hot, its not like we couldn't sleep but compare it to the first floor it was hotter, I guess the place that they put the air condition is not in proper place to make the whole place cool as is suppose to.

Incredible - highly recommended

If we were to visit Santorini again in the future, I would absolutely not hesitate to book Astra Suites again!

This was an EPIC 40th birthday trip for me and let me tell you the staff, amenities, and all around service did NOT disappoint! The staff went above and beyond to help my husband plan a surprise welcome package of champagne, chocolate strawberries, and fresh flower bouquet delivery. They reception staff also had some good excursion, restaurant, and winery ideas. ALL of the staff from the receptionists, porters, restaurant servers, and house keeping were very attentive and kind. The village location, IMO, really can’t be beat and is central to many attractions on the island without being in the middle of really large crowds. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean. We did not have intentions of eating at the hotel’s on property restaurant, Five Senses, but we did and it may actually have been one of our favorite meals of the week! Sunset from this location is really top notch since it’s the highest point on the island and facing West. Breakfast delivered to your door and eaten on our balcony each morning was delightful.

I do not have anything negative to say.

Incredible place, staff, central to everything

Everything was incredible. The room we booked was beautiful, it had plenty of room, lots of sun light and was very private. The staff here went above and beyond and were extremely helpful whenever we needed something. They booked all of our taxis, helped us find a photographer, booked and canceled our restaurant reservations, it truly was so easy to have someone speak the local language on our behalf. The pool is breathing, make sure to give yourself some down time to relax and use the facility. Make sure to book airport transfer directly with the hotel. Since finding Astra Suits can be tricky on your own, if you book with them they coordinate everything and there is someone to meet and greet you (plus help with your bags) every step of the way. Completely worth it.

I wish we could have stayed longer.
