The bohemian vibes, the staff, the breakfast, and easy to find parking spots outside the hotel.

The cleaning services weren’t really good. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Also, no toiletries were provided at the sink except 1 time soap without any renewal.

Hotel with cool eco design, impressive garden but poor service and food

Hotel made good renovation, with simple and stylish eco design. Garden is great with lots of palms and flowers! Rooms are comfortable, with good shower. Breakfast offers good selection of fruits, vegetables and Turkish food. Nice pool! AC works good at night, but during the day it does not have enough power. We stayed for 5 days, overall it was ok, but we will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

What surprises the most, is that you have to go and buy yourself a pool towel. With such investments in eco design, it's a pity that they ruin it by such poor service and all the people hang flashy towels on the balconies. Golf car transfer to the beach costs 300 lira, which is too much... Besides breakfast, there is nothing to eat. Even the French fries and Coffee are not tasty.

Lovely calm and relaxed hotel, where you are made to feel welcome.

It had two swimming pools and lots of areas to sit. It was a very relaxing and calm hotel without being pretentious.

The Wi-Fi was poor in the room

Paradise

The plants,gardens and pool make it look quiet idyllic. The staff are lovely and the view we had from our room was beautiful. It is nice and quiet at night and just the right distance from the beach. I would love to come back.

The worst place ever we stayed!

The hotel is usual, big and not really like on the pictures. It’s overrating! Rooms are basic and small. A lot of people. On the breakfast buffet emptying fast.

The service from the doorstep to the hotel was terrible, we were not welcome. The receptionist didn’t introduce himself, and he spoke to us in a reluctant, tired and unkind manner. While he was talking with us and checking in, he is distracted on other guests and taking calls on front desk, even there was a second receptionist, we felt aren’t welcome, and we spent more time to check in than we could. Ok. But we calmly waited and discussed it among ourselves, after. We wanted to stay in this hotel for 2 nights, paid at the reception by card 276€, checked in, but right after when we saw the room, we decided not to stay a second night. Superior room with view turned out to be a standard room with view on bushes. We immediately went back to the front desk to talk and ask about a cancellation the second night and get our money back. It was difficult for receptionist to return our money. We had to pay for an additional night for return our 276 € (Bec he couldn’t do it different way), and the refund must be made within 30 days. When we asked why it’s so difficult we paid only 15 minutes ago, He told that is policy of The hotel, then I asked for a manager or a senior, but receptionist refused. He stayed with face like “it is, what it is” and didn’t wanted help at all. Then I asked maybe to give to us a cash for one night. Then finally he phoned to a manager. After a talk with him, told that from 140€ they will take 30% of fee! Oh! Where this numbers from, we asked!? I slowly getting frustrated and told that I’m pist of his manner, and would like to see the manager and have a talk myself. But receptionist freak out and started yelling at me, kicking me from front desk and threatening me with the police, that now they will come and will take us, for what I couldn’t understand… and why!? we were shocked by what happened there. In the end we got a line with the manager. I explained the situation and we met him in the morning and got our money back.

Hotel with beatifull territory. Nice staff. It is good chose if you need only pool or it is your honeymoon.

Very nice well maintained hotel! Parrots live there. Cozy, modern, clean.

In my booking there was a description of the room that it was superior with an extra bed, and we were put in the simplest cheap room, it is quite small. Everything else was very good!

The view is amazing, the hotel is very clean and beautiful. You never get enough of it, the restaurant, the bar, the pool, the rooms and view everything is perfect.. We really enjoyed our stay.. The breakfast was very good and the location is also good.. The staff are very nice and helpful.. I highly recommend it

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Flamingo Hotel! It's such a beautiful location and the staff were so friendly! Sefa the bar manager absolute made our stay!!

Not many of the staff speak much English which did mean we had some issues with ordering and general communication.

Unexpected overpayment for an animal

We liked the interior of the common area, a good assortment for breakfast, a convenient location.

We did not like that we were charged 80€ for two dogs, although such an additional payment was not indicated anywhere at the time of booking. The interior of the room was burnt out. There would be no warm blanket, only a thin blanket.

Lovely but overpriced and don’t think I would return.

Very well presented property with the potential to be outstanding with a little extra attention to detail.

Some areas required attention. we stayed in a bungalow and it had quite a strong smell of damp. hot water took 20 minutes to run through for a shower. Room had a coffee machine and kettle but only tea bags available. asked for them to supply coffee or coffee pods and neither were supplied. one of the pools advertised was closed down (the turtle shaped one)

Beautiful hotel, relaxed, great staff

What a beautiful hotel! we loved our room with the private outside space with a view of the pool area. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Bar staff were great it literally was like having a drink with your friends. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and we definitely be back, maybe not in October though haha.

love the parrots flying around and being a dog lover I liked that there was the odd dog around too

it’s very beautiful place like a tropical island, with parrots walking around breakfast area, and interesting design of rooms

pools are freezingly cold in October so you can’t really enjoy it.
