Great value and highly recommended

Great breakfast, good pub food, staff exceptionally friendly. Excellent location for walkers with good views from the room. Locals made us feel really welcome and part of the community.

all good but a note on the noisy road would have helped

the food was great , all the meals we enjoyed

the rooms need a bit of TLC , the pub is on a very busy main road and if the owner hadnt changed the room to one at the back we would have left, had no sleep the first night, but she helped us out

Old-fashioned pub in a beautiful location

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable, especially the metal framed headboard. Decor was a little dated and in need of some attention.

easy to find and really friendly owners

it is really dated. my room, although clean, really needed updating. there was mould around the bath and in the room.
