One of the employees was rude and disrespectful her name is Carolina. I think the hotel needs to teach these person customer service.

A wonderful value … I would definitely stay there again.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

It took 30+ minutes for the shuttle to arrive at the airport…much longer than what I was told to expect.

Great, restful stay. Would definitely recommend to those travelling in and out of San Jose.

The location was great and the shuttle to the airport was every 15 minutes. The breakfast was a mix of hot and cold foods with a lot of variety. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Todo bien excepto el desayuno

La cercanía con el aeropuerto, limpieza, la cama muy comoda, los servicios de transporte al aeropuerto. Muy nuevo y limpio.

Un desastre de desayuno… lo habíamos leído en otro comentarios y es cierto. Desayuno de baja calidad con muy pocas opciones. Los huevos revueltos de huevo pasteurizado y los plancha hechos de hace horas y secos. Apenas unas piezas de fruta, café malo, zumo de bote y malo… en fin una pena. Nada a la altura de Hilton aunque sea en su gama inn y peor que muchos hoteles de la zona de misma categoría y más económicos

Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Betten sehr bequem, vom Duschbad bis zur Körperlotion alles vorhanden, Frühstück ausreichend, vom Portier, Empfang, bis zum Restaurantpersonal sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Parkplatz war inklusive und auch verfügbar, ins Zentrum mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Hatten spontan noch eine Nacht dazugebucht und konnten das Zimmer behalten, mussten also nicht umziehen. Gerne wieder.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit, nicht der Rede wert.

Very nice and such easy access to the airport.

Staff is very pleasant even when stressed during a very busy breakfast. Same for the two women who were managing dinner orders, drinks, the bar and room service!

Maybe more staff during dinner time.

It was all great

the shuttle runs every 15 min. Door to door Airpaot service. Also Enterprise has a key drop so we can just leave the rental there and head for home.

Free shuttle, Good selection for breakfast, and helpful staff.

We came to find out Booking.com booked us twice, so we had two room charges at the hotel. The staff said they contacted Booking.com and one of them would be removed but it was not so we had to submit a dispute to our credit card co.

Beau et propre et bien près de l’aéroport

L’emplacement, très près de l’aéroport avec service de navette 24H. Accès à une piscine extérieure. À deux pas du Casino et d’un restaurant chaîne des États Unis.

La seul chose. À l’arrivée, check-in: les 2 agents de la réception aucun contact visuel. J’était en file d’attente et je me suis sentis transparent. Ce n’est pas le standard dans cette chaîne habituellement. Il avait un invité au comptoirs d’accueil qui cherchais sa réservation, une préposée à demander au une cliente de reculer dans la file. Elle était devant moi.Nous avons attendus , je comprend que des chambres ne sois pas prêt, que l’assignation des chambres n’as pas été effectué etc. J’ai travaillé longtemps dans des hôtels. Mais avoir aucun contact visuel pour nous dire sans mots qu’ils nous ont vue, que ça ne sera pas long. Une préposée se lève les yeux un client qui n’était pas en file se fait servir. Si elle aurait regardé au moins une fois elle aurait vue que j’était en file depuis plus de 10 minutes. Il y a des choses bien plus important dans la vie. Mais je souhaitais vous en faire part.

Descanso después del vuelo

La cercanía desde el aeropuerto es muy ventajosa. AL igual de contar con restaurantes y casinos cerca para disfrutar de un rato ameno. La habitación es espaciosa y muy limpia. El personal siempre fue muy amable. Fue una muy buena elección para descansar después de treinta y seis horas de vuelo.

La comida. Definitivamente la comida del desayuno no fue agradable, el gallo pinto (comida nacional) estaba muy seco y sin sabor. No había mucha variedad y todo parecía recalentado del día anterior.

Good airport hotel

Close to the airport. Comfy beds. Decent breakfast. Didn't try the pool so can't comment. Great if you need a night near the airport. Restaurant in hotel with limited menu. Denny's a matter of steps away, not the best meal we've had in Costa Rica but certainly the most expensive!

Better options for hotels near the airport

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the airport but set back from the road so quieter. You can still hear airplanes of course but it wasn't too bad. The breakfast was pretty good.

Our room was basic and small, without much character. Pillows weren't great. Staff at check in wasn't very nice to us and we had to ask about breakfast time, arranging a taxi for the next day, etc. The worst was we bought a glass of wine from the bar ($12) and they gave it to us in a plastic cup. When we asked for a regular glass, the bartender said she didn't have enough glasses to give to the rooms. Kind of unbelievable since this wasn't a budget hotel. We won't be back. We've stayed in a lot of hotels near SJO Airport and there are much better options.

Estadía maravillosa en Hamptonn Alajuela

La atención del personal excelente, estuvimos una noche por espera para tomar el vuelo de nuestro viaje de luna de miel y fueron realmente muy amables. Este hotel quedará siempre como un excelente recuerdo del inicio de nuestro viaje. Gracias al muchacho de la recepción que nos regaló unas gaseosas por estar recién casados ;) El desayuno excelente y las medidas de seguridad COVID maravillosas. El shuttle hacia el aeropuerto muy puntual y cómodo. La tranquilidad de la habitación buenisima, a pesar de estar al lado del aeropuerto no se escuchaba practicamente nada.

Todo me gustó, repetiría el hotel sin duda.

Très bon hôtel à 5’ de l’aéroport et service de navette gratuite. Une bonne chaîne d’hôtel sans surprise. Boutique, piscine extérieure et restaurant sur place et bon petit déjeuner.

Die Lage. 5 min. Zum Airport SJO. Shuttle Service gratis und zuverlässig. Gut für ein bis zwei Tage. Typisches Airporthotel. Ein Kommen und Gehen.

Das „Restaurant“ ist in der Lobby, lieblos untergebracht inkl. „Bar“. Das Frühstück ebenso lieblos. Die Preise im Hotelshop abartig hoch. 1L Wasser und ein paar Gesalzene Nüsse ca. 14 Dollar.

Super happy with the location and the shuttle service to the airport. Comfortable & quiet!

We booked this location based on its proximity to the airport and shuttle service. It was also right across from where we were dropping our rental car; Hertz. It is a clean, comfortable, quiet hotel with great beds! And the shuttle was big, comfortable and very fast service. All staff were kind & helpful. I recommend for proximity to airport & comfort.

Overall a good experience. I would stay again.

It is a good and comfortable option for someone wanting to stay close to the airport. The stuff was friendly and helpful, A/C in the room was working great, breakfast was ok. Shuttle service was very nice, they picked us up more than an hour after our initial arrival time, as we spent ages at the airport looking for lost luggage. The local people/guards in front of airport were really friendly, called the hotel for us to arrange the shuttle bus.

A/C in our room was quite loud but it didn’t bother me much. The internet was spotty, at least in our room. In the lobby it worked good. Bear in mind that the hotel is very close to the airport but it is not a walking distance as it may look on the map. It is however not a problem because you can arrange the shuttle bus pick up with the hotel.

Excelente estancia de paso al lado del aeropuerto

Excelente ubicación al lado del aeropuerto con traslado cada 15 minutos gratis y muy eficiente, hay un Dennys 24 horas al lado también, muy buen servicio, buenos productos en la habitación (crema shampoo, etc)

El desayuno podría ser mejor, pero para una estancia corta cumple.

We had an issue with the credit card machine. Our card kept getting declined. We walked to over to Dennys and it worked fine. Called our back and they said the issue was on the hotels end. Wasn’t happy about that.

Me cargaron 40€ por error de otra habitación en mi cuenta,y me están mareando todavía con la devolución,poco serios.Ademas de que el banco me cobra una comisión de una operación que yo no hice.Espero que me devuelvan todo lo que me han cargado más el tiempo perdido en la gestión de mis vacaciones.Por ahora no han cumplido con lo que se acordó, siento que me están mareando.pondre una reclamación en toda regla,no entiendo cómo no verifican las habitaciones en el servicio de restaurante, cualquiera puede cargar un cargo en otra habitación y no pasa nada?,, increíble
