Solid option at Lake Akan
Nice view of lake from room, rooftop mixed gender onsen, solid included breakfast and dinner, good location in town, free parking with free shuttle to parking lot
Room smelled like smoke, poor description of rooftop mixed gender onsen on English version of their website (conveyed as rooftop infinity swimming pool)

A great place to stay if you want to visit the heart of Hokkaido
Breakfast & dinner were amazing in terms of quantity and quality. The rooms were designed thoughtfully in a roccoco style. The location close to the lake is wonderful, the view from the spa is worth it.
The crystal annex looked a bit old and cold.

Very good
Amazing roof pool and onsen with lake view. Staff makes his best for breakfast and dinner during COVID period.
Rooms are so old and sad ! Carpet are dirty and decoration are old fashion.
