Overpriced

Friendly staff. Quiet room. 80% renovated bathroom. Close to the beach. Good breakfast.

Nearest paid parking lot is 10min walk uphill to the hotel! Swimming pool can be a bit crowded and is tiny. The 'sea view' room had barely any view to the sea - we had a better view to the hotel neighbours' smoking on their balconies than the sea. The toilet was not cleaned and had 💩 stains, there were women hairs in the bathroom. The TV is tiny, the minibar had maybe 5 items, only drinks. The room itself had very old furniture, squeeky bouncy bed. The bathroom door had a fresh coat of paint without prior removing the old coat of paint, as well as some nail at the edge of the frame keeping everything in place. Even though we asked several days upfront for a high floor room, we got on floor 1 (not the ground floor at least). We recommend going to Selena hotel instead ,where a night is 70v and not 270lv.

Wonderful stay with beautiful sea views!

We had a beautiful view. Walking distance to the old town along the beach. The pool area was nice. The breakfast in the morning was awesome! Would highly recommend and visit again.

The parking out front was limited and paid. We were able to get a spot since we were early. The staff seemed confused about our booking. Not everything was open yet due to beginning of season?

On the beach. Great breakfast, Spacious room and bathroom. Nice bar and outdoor area. Convenient for restaurants, shops, taverns, bank, the old town and the new.

Locked out, and the electronic fob wouldn't work, and nobody answered the number given on the door. The bathroom mirror steamed up immediately, and the lighting was extremely low in there. Many corridors were dark. The restaurant wasn't open, only for breakfast. The hotel appeared almost closed, probably due to our stay being the week before the season started. The price of the room per night did not reflect this.

sea view rooms are actually “partly” sea view. you are looking at the pool and very little to the sea. parking place is paid 10 leva per day.

Not exactly perfect

Like the the room sea view and positive attitude of people working in hotel. Close to the Sozopol Central beach and old city.

We suppose to have one large bed but they just connect two solo beds, it's not the same and never will be 😁please change that. Did not like that such 4 stars hotel does not have an iron and you need to pay extra. Parking also was paid extra - 10 lv per day. Think about serving some fruits, water or wine at least for a welcome, you can do it for Delux rooms.

the receptionist lady was very unpleasant and miserable, she was making faces for small questions. the furniture in the room was little dated but that wasn’t a problem. the bed was uncomfortable and the towels and sheets were very old with holes

Very good

We chose a deluxe room with sea view. It really was a big, luxurious room. Big bathroom. Great view. Quality decorated communal areas, with lots of nice features. Friendly, helpful staff. Good selection at breakfast. Nice pool and several places to relax or sunbathe.

There are many steps to go up and down to move between areas at the same floor level. So to go to the restaurant, or to leave the hotel for example, involved two or three staircases, which was difficult for us. The room curtains were not blackout, so the room was still light late in the evening, from the hotels external illuminations, and in the morning from the sunlight. Woken both nights by loud talking in the corridors.
