Beautiful executive home in a gated communIty on the 9th fairway at Northern Hills C. C. in Northeast San Antonio. Ten min. from Airport, 20 min. from Downtown, close to all major highways. House is 3000 Sq. ft. with very open floor plan & high ceilings. Tiled 1000 Sq. patio which is like a large extra room, very private, a tropical paradise with 3 different types of palm trees, hot tub & outdoor billiards table. You can while away the time or just sit and relax & enjoy the beautiful bug free evenings that only south Tx. can offer.
The cassita(3rd bedroom) is separated from the house by breezeway complete with full bathroom and tv. so if you have 2 couples it is very private. Media room is only room upstairs complete with 60 in. Samsung Smart tv, with sound bar and half bath. This room can accommodate additional sleepers with new aero queen size blow up mattress. Other features include cable TV, DSL wireless internet & house alarm. We have additional TV’s in main living room off kitchen and in Master Bedroom.
San Antionio is a premier tourist destination. There's so much to do here - World famous beautiful River Walk, The Alamo, Six Flags, Sea World, tons of golfing and shopping. Hill Country and quaint Tx. towns are close by as well as the 200 plus premium Outlet Store in San Marcos just 25 miles away.

The locality and convenience was perfect for everything we wanted to do from the Alamo and River Walk, the Caverns, to Schlitterbahn!!! Excellent home away from home. Very nice floor plan that accommodated 3 adults and children ages 11-13. I Highly Recommend this house. Owners were awesome to deal with on our stay.

The house was within 30 minutes of SeaWorld, Lego land and Alamo. House extremely quiet and outside patio was the bomb. Loved hot tub and outside furniture. The house was very well stocked and the sleeping areas very isolated from kitchen/living room. The casita was great for the grandparents to relax for awhile

Spent most of our time downtown, but a fairly easy commute there. House is well stocked as if I’d lived there. Had some issue with the house alarm going off when we first arrived, but we did get instructions for use prior to our arrival. I’d definitely stay there again

We were in town for the Senior Games Pickleball tournament at Morgan's Wonderland and the location was perfect. Five ladies fit comfortably for a girls' getaway weekend.
Plenty of instructions throughout the home to answer any questions that came up. We would stay again in the future!

This property was all it stated and more...My family and I decided to meet half way for Christmas and this hidden gem definitely served us well! Its a beautiful home through and through. We did have a few questions during our stay and the host was attentive, kind and very informative. I definitely recommend, would book again in a heartbeat!

The good, house is well stocked with everything you need and is good size. The owner was responsive and there were no issues accessing the property.
The bad, the pictures of exterior are old. The courtyard is not enclosed in the back and wide open to the side where people can see and enter. The jacuzzi is not screened off from this opening, so if you are in the jacuzzi anyone can see. That being said, we did not spend any time in the courtyard or the jacuzzi. We were women traveling alone and did not feel comfortable or safe. In addition, we were extremely disappointed in the area and neighborhood. The area is primarily apartments and the neighborhood is dilapidated with abandoned tennis courts at the entry. This neighborhood and home was not at all what we were expecting in a gated community on the golf course.
We thought is was also strange that there were no televisions in the bedrooms. There were notes and instructions taped up all over the house which could have been just placed in the house book.... and lots of personal pictures throughout the home, that made it feel pretty creepy. The alarm codes and door access codes were pre-printed in the house book- so it appears that they never change those codes. That caused a lot of uneasiness for us- as we had no idea how many other people or what kind of people had those codes- this made us feel unsafe.
I would not stay in this home again.

My daughter was having her first baby. I'm from Dallas and I wanted something close to the hospital and her home. I require a clean home with safety features and this home doesn't disappoint. Not a spec of dust. Beautifulky decorated. Unfortunately, my husband couldn't make the trip so I was alone. I felt at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, the master bathroom has a stained glass window that is spectacular. Master bath has a jacuzzi. The bed is very comfortable. The home is kept at a comfortable temperature. The Casita is another space of its own. The media room is upstairs, I didn't use it this trip. The front patio has a beautiful hot tub and outdoor pool table. It is a spectacular space. I noticed a new bee hive, I contacted Pearl, it was taken care of immediately. Instructions are laid out for you. It would be a great place for children. I believe there's a little painting section. The neighbors are friendly and helped me roll the trash out.
I couldn't ask for better host than Pearl and Paul. There home is where I'll be staying when I visit my daughter and new grandson going forward.
They even leave a gift basket on the table for their guest. First class home.
I would like a TV in the master. That's the only change I'd make to this home away from home.
Can't wait to hear back to San Antonio!

Thoroughly enjoyed this place. Hot tub was great. Very spacious and nice. Loved the gated area and felt secure. The only negative was there is no TV in the master or guest bedroom. TVs are only in the living areas. Otherwise it was great.

Mr. and Mrs. Flaman's property is as advertised. It is spacious and comfortable. We had a bumpy beginning with the A/C thermostats, but Mrs. Flaman was very responsive and made sure it was resolved quickly. Their home is located in a pretty centralized location to most of the major sites. Mr. and Mrs. Flaman did a great job of giving suggestions for shopping, eating, and things to do close by, which was very helpful. Our family really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely recommend staying at this location. This will be our 1st pick to try and reserve next time we visit San Antonio. Thank you again Mr. and Mrs. Flaman for your wonderful hospitality.

I rated this property a 5 star because this house was really really nice. It can be updated just a little but overall it’s a good place to vacay.Mrs.Pearl was quick to respond to whatever was needed and I highly recommend this property as a vacation spot.

This is a beautiful home that is safe and secure and the perfect stay for families or friends. We were 2 couples and 2 teens and we call had space to hang out, plenty of bathrooms and the patio was very nice. Communication was excellent and nice touches throughout the house. Its about 10 min from the Riverwalk and you want that in San Antonio. Very safe, in a gated community and secure home. Definitely stay here!

Pearl was amazing to work with! We had a last minute rental, with their plans and ours and she was SO accommodating. The property was clean and extremely well stocked. The pictures don't do it justice. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and we were all very comfortable. We have plans to return!

Comfortable house for 3 couples and very reasonably priced for the size of the house; we enjoyed the patio and the pool table (except at night when bugs were out); kitchen was well stocked; lots of instructions from the owner; we had a minor issue with the A/C in the casita and since the owner was out of town, my husband had to cycle the circuit breaker himself; gated community was a little misleading as the community consisted of 10 houses on a cul de sac with a gate; we had difficulty finding places to walk near the house which was disappointing; we did enjoy 3 golf courses approximately 15-20 minutes from the house; owner provided several restaurant recommendations that were good; spent several afternoons on the Riverwalk enjoying the bars and restaurants. Would recommend to others who don't mind driving to these attractions.

We rented this house with 2 other couples and the home was perfect for the 6 of us. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living space was awesome and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The courtyard pool table and hot tub looked inviting, but we never had time to use them. The location was perfect to visit the Alamo, the Riverwalk and the Pearl district. If we are ever in the area again for a period of time we would definitely stay here again.
Pearl was an awesome host and has instructions and shopping, restaurant and tourist option recommendations all written out. We agree with the recommendation for pizza, Maars was very good!! Thank you Pearl for everything! You have a beautiful home.

Great location as was close to shopping, restaurants, downtown San Antonio. House was spacious for six adults and each having their own bathroom. The welcome basket and note from the owner was a special touch. We enjoyed our time every day/evening out on the beautiful patio as well as utilizing the hot tub. The owner was easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. Would recommend this property especially for a group of six adults!

We loved our stay at Pearl's home. The listing was accurate, the home was clean and well stocked with all necessities. We did have a hard time with our toddler as the house is not toddler proof. The casita was perfect for what we needed.

If you are looking for a retreat in a quiet area not to far from the Riverwalk and other main attractions, but far enough, this is it!
The four of us (two couples) felt so welcomed. We were greeted with wine and a welcome card. It’s refreshing to know this property was exactly as described in the listing. No bad surprises. Very clean and safe.
Additionally, we had more than enough room to breathe and unwind. We absolutely loved the back deck/veranda…it was awesome and relaxing. Great for gathering with a glass of wine. Surprisingly each night, there was a pleasant breeze while we played pool. The casita was a nice addition…everyone had their own space. The beds were super comfortable with clean bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. Media room was on point.
The instructions were very detailed and precise. If we had any doubts or questions, The host were quick to respond. The host also left recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do. We are looking forward to vacationing and renting again in the future.

I stayed in this beautiful paradise with my husband and two older kids. We loved it. It feels like our dream home. The location was amazing, only a few minutes to downtown. The house was a showstopper, especially the huge fancy bathroom and courtyard. It had everything we could ever want or need. I wish I lived there!
