Cosy, comfortable and good value for money.

Great location, really close to the train station. If you are planning to go to the pier and Costa Cruises terminal, it's really close to get to the port bus.

Location was good and it was just next to a supermarket and a tram station which takes to the city centre in 20 mins

I was not aware that that apartment was on 1st floor without lift (~40 stairs to claim with all the luggage) lack of basic amenities like hot water, cooking utensils (no knife and plates) was provided when asked though, Microwave, etc... First day we had shower in cold water with kids and the second day it was fixed to an extent after speaking to the host. She allowed us to keep our luggages after checkout.

Pretty B&B

The owner is a wonderful lady, who is really nice and helpful. She even tried to understand my poor Italian! There's everything you need for your stay in your pretty room and in the kitchen. The location is a bit away from the centre, but if you know the underpass that leads to the other side of the station, it'd be pretty easy to get to the city and the seaside.

It is impossible to open and close the doors without making big noise, which made me feel sorry for other guests.

Pleasant

The location was good. There were beautiful plants at the porch. The host organized the checkin nicely. The bedwear was clean.

It was cold in the evening and there was no remote, as it was late I didn’t want to disturb Susanna. Breakfast was not good, just some snacks and tea, coffee.

Such a lovely place. Everything is clean and ready. Close to the train station. The owner doesn't speak much English but almost the useful information needed are sticked on the board. She was nice and enthusiasm. Luve it <3

A thoroughly pleasant night's stay to round off a memorable holiday.

A very nice and comfortable B&B, perfect for our family of four, on a quiet street and ideally located close to Civitiavecchia train station, where the cruise transfers run to and from. Nice clean room, comfortable beds, decent air con (invaluable!), good shower and ideally located for the train, local restaurants and a nice beach. A special thanks to the lovely hosts for allowing us to drop our luggage well ahead of check-in time allowing us to walk around unhindered.

My only very minor gripe would be a slightly limited breakfast offering.

The staff is wonderful and the price was great. Worth it for the night before leaving on a cruise.

Small town and not much to do near BB. The location is humble but clean with a hood AC.

Great place! Super value for money!

Everything was ideal. Location is great, rooms are spacious and very clean, with AC. The same for the bathrooms. The kitchen has a small outdoor space which is very cozy and comfortable. Anything you need is there - a fridge, tables and chair, packaged snacks, etc. The staff is very kind, friendly, and nice.

The location is great - very accessible from the train station and an easy walk to the water and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and the room was tidy and comfortable with good air-conditioning.

Comfortable stay for before or after your cruise

Nice, spacious room with a fine bed. Susanna (I guess this was the woman I met) was really friendly. Breakfast was good. The location was fine, about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the port.

The room was quite noisy. I think there was a music school next to the house and you could hear them practicing the same song over and over, even as other guests and dogs in the area. So if you are a light sleeper: bring earplugs. Also the wifi wasn't working really well. Also something to keep in mind.
