Great relaxing old world hotel with a very nice restaurant

Perfect place to stay lovely big room great staff and real restaurant that provides genuine food Good pool lovely views

Our room was over a late night bar so sadly not much sleep before 2.40 am

Loved our time in Chianti

Location, air con, big rooms, castle style, spa and sauna included, pool, breakfast included, helpful staff, parking area free

Driving is always a bit tricky near ZTL zones, but the staff provide extremely helpful clear instructions about this so we had no problems!

Beautiful and peaceful place

What a wonderfully peaceful, beautiful place. We had the best time here. Everything starting from the staff was amazing. The hotel is not very big with the perfect amount of other travellers. It didn't feel crowded.

I wish an air conditioning was a bit better but I'm not sure if that's possible for the building that old.

Fabulous location with guest parking. The staff were amazing and so friendly, lovely hotel. Very comfortable beds, nice food with lots of options at breakfast. Gorgeous view with a lovely pool.

Our room over looked the town and at night it was very noisy and loud.

The hotel right in the city center bzt with own garden and view to the hill, the staff was excellent. The rooms are clean and authentic. The breakfast was fine. The Taverna of the hotel is a must have expereince, amazing tastes.

beautiful hotel, surrounded by vineyards and a small town with small shops and restaurants. the rooms are beautiful and spacious and they have great country side style, very clean and have amazing views. The breakfast is really good and varied. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the spa is really nice. We enjoyed our staying very much!

Money first, customer second

Due to health problems we had to cut our stay short by 2 nights. Requests for pay back were categorically refused. Very disappointing. I would advise you to stay away from this hotel!!

Exceptional

We decided to stop by here on our honeymoon. After having stayed in a few incredible agroturismo places we were curious how the hotel would compare in terms of money-value. I have to say we were positively surprised. The rooms are cozy and large with a private bathroom. There is a spa with hot tub, Sauna, steam bath and comfy chairs that’s free to use and the location is absolutely supreme. Just touristy enough that you can find everything you need but unknown enough that it’s not crowded. Truly a hidden gem!

No safe in the room, I thought the room smelt of smoking--although it said NON SMOKING ROOM For the price we paid--I would have expected complimentary bottled water initially in the room,which we had been offered at many less expensive hotels in Italy
