Good value for the money, but can get noisy

Location is the best about the hotel (but also the worst). The area is easily accessible and safe. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bars around. My room was of a decent size and have all I needed. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help me.

Unfortunately, a new club has just opened across the street from the hotel and it gets really noisy late at night (especially on weekends, including Sundays). I had to request a room change to the opposite end of the hotel to be able to sleep. The staff was quick to accommodate my request so I stayed in the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay after changing rooms.

The pictures aren't the reality all the walls in the room are dirty. The beds are unconfortable The floor was dirty and all looks really old

Very disappointed and I will not recommend this hotel to other guests.

There are no room with view; hotel was noisy and the room I was given was very disappointing. The room had glass doors that led straight to the lobby area. It lacked privacy and you could hear all the guests and employees talking. This apparently was a not a formal room per day but “transformed” into a room. The staff was not very courteous and helpful.

Great value!

The food was excellent. The location was perfect! Within walking distance to alot of different places, specially restaurants. Loved that there was a refrigerator in the room. Staff was amazing! I love that there is a shuttle to and from the airport for an additional fee! The terrance is beautiful specially at night. You can also purchase drinks and stuff in the cafeteria.

I only have a couple of gripes. Nothing that would deter me from booking again. The main lighting in the room was very dim. It's ok if it was for mood lighting, but not if you've dropped your phone and THAT is your flashlight. Could not find how to turn on the nightstand light. And final gripe, the showerhead needed cleaning! I figure it is the calcium in the water there, because I've had to sometimes clean my parents' showerhead when I visit.
