STAY AWAY!

Absolutely nothing

Disgusting place ! Dirty dirty dirty place ! My family were left without blankets for a night because no one was available to help us as owners were on holiday ! Please stay away from this place ! Honestly I would rather stay at a back packers! Blankets covered in snot ! And poo ! Nothing was cleaned or washed and no one cared !

Unmatched location

Location was amazing! 2 mins walk from the beach, close to Burleigh Hill and plenty of amazing cafes. Apartment was perfect and a lot more space than other accomodation I’ve had nearby that cost me much more. Was very happy with value for money, the spa was an extra nice benefit!

We were there for training course not far away

There were renovations going on in next unit so was very noisy during the day, couldn't stay in the room throughout the day as it was so noisy.

the location

it was dirty and smelled ! the furniture was outdated and I felt uncomfortable sitting on the lounge as it was so dirty

Not quite what we expected for the money.

The manager was friendly, the location was good. The pool and spa was nice.

The unit was not clean, long black hairs in the bathroom and bed. Furniture needed a clean or replacing, very old, the whole unit is in dire need of a refresh, bed hard and old, we brought new pillows and left them there. Also vacuumed and cleaned ceiling fans before departing so next guests could actually use them.

very comfortable , relaxing and fun! We’ll return!

very clean, quiet, our apartment had everything we needed, new bathroom and kitchen, we loved our mountain view, the Aussie shaped pool looked fun! We were so close to the beach and a lovely stroll to cafes and restaurants so made the most of it!

the location

not enough toilet paper - who has to buy paper on a holiday I don"t think guests should have to wash their dishes, glasses, cutlery. How do we know the previous guests washed them correctly - how is this good health practice

Hidden places close to beach

Comfortable a mattress and fans. Relaxing balcony and Jacuzzi. The staff are kind and friendly.

There are insects.

It’s old and tired. Three level walk up. No lifts. No A/C in the bedroom. Everything is tired.

Enjoyed stay

The location was 2 mins from the beach and 10 mins to Burleigh centre. Some areas could have cleaned better. Steps to car park and around the pool needed sweeping.

Some areas needed a little more attention to detail. A bit noisy first couple of nights

Very good

Good location, quiet in the evening, having a washing machine and dryer in the appartment was very useful. Kitchen had all the equipment. Foxtel was provided on the TV.

Could do with a comfortable chair for watching tv. The sofas were a bit hard and no head/neck support.

accom was convenient, central and very quiet

close to the beach - very quiet. great location

there was no hot water on our last night. when my husband got in the shower it was luke warm. then no hot water whilst I was having a shower. the unit next door was having a shower at the same time. unsure if this was the issue.

Disappointing

the accommodation was fine in the 70's but was very dated for today!!! It was like stepping back in time.

It served its purpose for the night

the key was where I was instructed it would be, the parking was exactly as expected from the communication

the bed has dirt in it, we brushed it off however looked like it wasn't clean sheets. The towel ripped during drying off after shower time and you could see when holding the towel in light that it had weak spots from being over used and age.
