Todo muy limpio, personal amable, y desayuno excelente

Mala aislacion acústica, la primera noche que llegamos se escuchaba TODO el show xxx en la otra habitación del piso, nos despertaron a las 2 am con los gritos.

Pleasant

Not great cleaning, there was pieces of fuss and hair on the floor, the walls have stains and the curtains are full of dust, they are almost black. The shower curtain had stains of shampoo.

Okay if you have to but there’s other options in better locations for less money. Hotel tries to be fancy but this is no

Rooms felt clean. Good shower pressure with hot water.

Location isn’t around much. Breakfast is included but is fried rice with egg, lots of breads, a bowl of olives and watermelon…so was a little different than the pictures shown. Gym wasn’t open. Also had to ask for a second towel as room not made up for 2 people beforehand. And the front desk lady was so confused by our passports and entry stamps that this necessitated a phone call to our room at 22:30 for us to come down with them again (even though she had a photocopy). I believe this is because she was trying to find a way to charge us the Peruvian tax even though our passports and us are clearly Canadian, wasn’t impressed with this.

Disappointing

The shower had good pressure and hot water. room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful.

the wifi connection was extremely poor, our aircondition wasn’t working so the room was extremely cold at night and there were no blankets or duvets (only a sheet for sleeping under), so had to get up in the night and request it from the reception. on top of this we paid a higher price than quoted on booking.com due to the hotel converted dollars to soles with a bad rate. How can it be more expensive to pay in the local currency? not really soundproof either. We “enjoyed” hearing other guest having sex, sing in the shower etc.

Central Clean Friendly staff Shower Big room Se had a early check up and the staff arrange a nice breakfast to go.

Wi-Fi a little slow Room a little cold, after talking with the staff they promptly brought us a heater and the room warmed up quickly

Excellent value with perks that make it exceptional.

The room was very comfortable. The heated bathroom floor and exceptional shower, the best I’ve experienced in a hotel in a long while, made the room seem more than a 3* hotel. Room service delivered my breakfast at 7 to be ready to depart to the hotel. Great service!

WiFi speed was slower than expected.

Exceptional

It was lovely here. I had quite a lot of trouble with my flight which effected my booking. The hotel staff could not have been more accomodating, adjusting my booking, waiving the cancellation fee and allowing me to check in almost 3 hours early when I eventually arrived. The room was lovely and the bed was so so comfy after a pretty epic 36 hour journey. Breakfast until 10 was also great.
