Very clean and easy to find. Excellent breakfast. Good choice. Evening meal has a decent choice but food could have been hotter. Room ok and clean but a bit small. Good parking.

Hotel a bit dated. Smoking seems to be allowed inside ,and so smell of stale tobacco is everywhere..

Quiet location in a park area, easy and free parking, good wifi.

Our twin room was very small, no place for suitcases. Noisy lift, we heard it in the room. The reception staff could be nicer.

Foreigners not welcome!

The breakfast was not much good, but was the only thing I'm not totally negative about. The juices were mixed with water, the coffee was terrible and the bread was not fresh and there was not much choice.

The termen was closed and the staff was not clear about it. I booked the hotel for the termen, but I couldn't use it. A waste of money. The swimmingpool was open, but I didn't get acces to it. All locals got all the access right away and I needed to ask for evertihing all the time. I didn't feel welcome as a foreigner. I feel discriminated by the staff.

The stay was so low class.

The house maids were good.

It is not a four star hotel and I feel it is a scam. Rude front desk, ants in rooms, rooms need renovation, pool full of outsiders not residents of hotel, the place stinks, gym is not suitable for workouts a trend-mill and dumbbells, Turkish doesn’t exist there, restaurant is very limited, no one speaks English,

Would not come again. Stuff is horrible, only the pool is good, if it is not stinky.

Pool...everything else is bad. Price is ok for that what you got.

Stuff is not friendly and we got towels with damages. Also they wanted from us to pay for extra towels.

Excellent spa spot in Laktaši

Excellent spa facilities, friendly staff, good food in the restaurant downstairs. Perfect location for looking around little Laktaši too, with all the necessary things within walking distance. The massage was great.

The bed felt a little uneven to me, although maybe I'm too sensitive to such things. The key was also massive, which could be fun for some folks. You aren't losing it, that's for sure.
