Clean, comfortable, large room with large hut tub

“Noisy” bed sheets, key-cards are very old, need to be replaced. There is a musician in the restaurant during breakfast it’s too loud. The space is small and the instrument is loud, so you cannot avoid it and it’s not the first thing you want to hear in the morning

Exceptional stay.

Polite and attentive personnel, luxurious spa facilities, perfect pool. Restaurant offers fine dishes and good service. Everything went well beyond my expectations. I'd recommend this hotel & spa for anyone who is looking for a nice resort in Kharkiv.

Aside from somewhat tricky parking (the hotel is in the park zone), there is nothing to complain. And even the parking is not a problem really. Just a minor observation, not the complaint. Great place to stay.

Great location, great pool and spa, great staff..

The pool was great, the SPA was great, the room was always very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The standard room was a bit too small for the money paid, as well as safe did not work as well as the water occasionally was orange colour ( filter required ). Every day there was a supply of water in bottles, but due to the colour of water in the tap, I would suggest to bring 1 L bottles instead. The shower room was also quite small and no supply of hair conditioner included, while the hair after each visit to the pool and spa was so hard to brush. Overall very satisfied with Pool, sauna , cleanliness of the room and very friendly staff, but there few things that can be improved and mentioned above.

A relaxing stay

Nice, modern hotel with spa and dolfinarium. Very quite located in the park. You can go to the spa as much as you want. Also breakfast, with live music, is good and beautiful views over the city.

I understand that the maintenance of the complex is expensive, and therefor the price of the room is quite high. For me, a bit too high, considering everything and the currency rate of the UAH.

Comfortable and relax holliday

My 3th visit to this hotel. I The hotel offered a shuttle service from the railwaystation. With this service we could enter the hotel comfortable.. The driver was waiting on the train and was very helpfull. Staff in the hotel was also very helpfull and kind.

Good hotel right in the center of Kharkiv

The hotel is situated optimally in the city center with a very nice and clean park around. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a selection of national and international food.

We needed to check out very early and ordered a breakfast for takeaway. Unfortunately it was not as good as expected like the breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

Love the breakfast, the room is always clean once u leave the room..

I did not like how difficult it's to locate the place.. I spent 1 hour in a taxi looking for the location...It's very bad.. there should be a sign post directing people to the road. The TV was not functioning.. just only showing Nemo advertisement.. can't even watch local Ukrainian Tv channel

Kind staff, Very nice breakfast. Good restaurant. Welness was nice. Location in the park.

Accesibility to the hotel was very difficult. GPS send you to a wrong point. Two barriers, to call to give your license plate. Very bad road. ... The hotel is aware of this situation and they're working on this with a new entrance.

very goos experience all round

The location within the park was magnificent. The staff were all very friendly and looked after me well The hotel is very modern and has a Spa and heated salt water swimming pool The access to the city centre was an easy and interesting walk

Unfortunately there is major construction happening at the botanical gardens which adjoins the hotel and the access for taxis and being picked up by taxi is not great. This is not a complaint, just an observation
