The perfect location to relax and rejuvenate at a pace far slower than life.

This large modern luxurious home is a great place to either relax and enjoy the lake or use it as a base for all the exciting activities that Rotorua has to offer.

Great fishing , mountain biking, golfing ,walking , kayaking, local attractions, events, markets and more to name just a few all within a very short distance.

Built to impress and to bring the outdoors inside in all the seasons and times of year this is an ever changing postcard of stunning sights and scenery.

From all areas of the house the view is spectacular with large sliding doors to the lakeside deck, BBQ area, Spa pool and entertaining space, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a nice meal or a few social drinks after sightseeing or a lazy day at the lake,

4 Bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, large lounge and generous dining room around a central large well equipped cooks kitchen with all the mod cons, there isn't a thing to do but relax!

Underfloor heating, high pressure showers, en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom and features too many to list promise a luxury holiday in a residential location where you'll feel like you might never want to leave.

Special conditions:
This property is situated in a very quiet private location .
We have had issues with some groups disturbing the neighbours at night so we now ask that there is no outside activity such as spa or use of the decks after 10 pm .
Any noise travels a long way on the lake,we are happy for you to continue your activities indoors with ranch sliders closed .the neighbours do have the property managers phone number and will contact her if this is not adhered to

This place was amazing! Beautiful home, beautiful view. Couldn’t ask for better. Well stocked kitchen. The availability of kayaks was a plus as well as the hot tub. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely property and location. House was very clean and warm with everything we needed for a great holiday. Hosts had great communication and went above and beyond making us feel welcome and even returning items we left there which we were very grateful. Location was simply stunning! Would love to stay again.

The perfect lake retreat in Rotorua! It would be ideal for a family reunion or larger group, as there are bathrooms for each bedroom and plenty of gathering spots for visiting and spending time alone. An added bonus for parents traveling with littles- there's a full supply of children toys and books that our kids didn't want to leave behind! (Be sure to bring a supply of Nespresso pods to take advantage of the coffee machine!) Beautiful and well-cared-for property. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

This is a wonderful home for a group gathering. Having ensuites for every room is just so convenient, especially for older group members. Large entertaining and dining allowed our group to celebrate my husbands birthday all seated at the dining table together. Beautiful scenery in such a peaceful spot where the bird life is abundant. Will most definitely return.

A wonderful spot to escape, and gaze out across the lake. Many birds, and the type of beautiful view which makes you want to take up painting. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The property manager is really responsive and helpful to deal with. We hope to return soon!

Overall this property was amazing. Each room had its own en-suite, we liked that there were several areas we could gather or have our own space. The bbq was a valuable asset enabling us to cook dinners and breakfast. An incredibly well stocked kitchen with crockery and great to have a dish washer and a decent sized fridge. Overall cleanliness was a little disappointing. Under the lounge suites was quite dirty and some taps up stairs had tooth paste marks on from previous guests. Location is brilliant on the lake, spa awesome and ducks very cute and cheeky. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property, very relaxing and safe location.

We loved what this property offered. A quiet peaceful location, right on the lake, a modern light and airy home, a very well equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms for a family, quality children’s books and plenty of toys. Our grandchildren loved the spa and neighbourhood ducks that visited daily. A lovely back yard and the lake was very safe for little ones. We were sad to leave today but will definately make this our place to stay for all future Rotorua holidays.
