Wir buchen dieses Hotel immer für unsere Reise von Bayern nach Salento / Kampanien :-))))

Da wir vor der Frühstückszeit immer weitereisen ,bekommern wir immer ein Lunchpaket . damit sind wir immer sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist optimal, da wir das Hotel "nur " zur Durchreise nutzen. Da wir gleich wieder auf der Autobahn sind,liegt es für uns perfekt.

Wir haben nichts auszusetzen :-) Nur mit den Kissen kommen wir nicht klar ,aber das ist halt italienische Ausstattung ,nicht nur in diesen Hotel :-)

Ensemble satisfaisant au vu du prix à Florence

Situation géographique intéressante pour visiter Florence. Proximité du tramway T2 en voiture. Le personnel très sympathique qui fait le nécessaire pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Le ménage journalier des chambres était toujours parfait.

L’aspect extérieur de l’hôtel très vétuste fait peur à l’arrivée. Les parties communes des étages (ascenseur et couloir) ne sont pas en bon état et l’odeur n’est pas toujours agréable. Le fonctionnement de la Clim n’est pas optimum.

Horrible. Worst hotel we ever encountered.

Horrible , dirty hotel . No air conditioning and extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t like anything about it.

Just for a one-night stop

The room was spacious for a family and was clean. Separate toilet and bathroom, that was very convenient for 4 people.

The stuff at the breakfast was not polite and did not care at all. The food trays were empty for long time and none filled them up. The cutlery was very dirty. Too far from city center and not easy to get there with public transport.

Good location at the highway, easy to access by car from the airport.

The location is at the highway and easy to access from the airport by the car. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at night 3 AM, reception was open and check-in was smooth.

Hotel is worn-out and very simple, mostly seems used by truck drivers.

dirty dark hallways and dusty rooms breakfast the hot food are cold and far away feom the city in booking it said that its accessible to public transport but it was not we need to apend 40 wur on every trip by taxi to city center

I will never come back

Free parking and easy access to the airport by car.

The hotel is old and not well maintained. There were some things broken in the room (e.g, hairdryer or wc) and the bathroom has very poor lighting. There was a glass with some liquid in the window when we arrived. Noisy restaurant with quite stressed and not nice staff. Bad (really bad) breakfast. The corridors are creepy, and the carpet is dirty.

location was easy to get to and convenient for our travel, bed was comfy.

the parking lot was extremely crowded and there was nowhere to park at first. we were on the 6th floor and the elevator quit working. the restaurant is open late but the kitchen closes pretty early, food was not great, but it did the trick. kinda felt like a large truck stop hotel.

Could have been better for the price paid

The breakfast was excellent and had a good choice. Timing was good and the restaurant staff was very warm and friendly. The girl who cleaned our room was very sweet and she did a great job.

Overall, the staff was friendly except for the male receptionists who always had an attitude and didn't know how to be customer friendly. Maybe be they lack some training. The female receptionists were nice. The room was old and the bathroom was leaking in the shower. There was no kettle provided. So, if you need hot water you need to go to the restaurant. The lighting in the room was inadequate. Altogether, a four star hotel could do much better.

Linen were clean.Double window system was effectively soundproof.Free parking available.

Everything.From the dirty floor to the dingy atmosphere to the bathtub I have requested but refrained from using as it didn't look safe.Breakfast again didn't look safe.Barista didn't know that an espresso should be served with a cup spoon and plate and forgot to replenish the orange juice carafe.Cold cuts didn't look edible to me.Floors in the room were basically worn out laminate from several decades ago.Totally unacceptable for a 2 star but this hotel is rated 4 stars so go figure.As soon as I entered the room I felt like leaving asap but I couldn't get my money back.You pay full amount in advance and is not refundable so you can take it or take it.Basically.

The price for the double room was fair The room and the bath were clean Room quite despite the hotel is located very close to the motorway Large Parking area for free

The location close to the motorway is not optimal. I would say that it is good for one-night stop but not for a long stay. The hotel may need some renovation soon

the building outside, inside and the room are ugly. the room has paper wall unstick and curtains not ok, full of mosquitos. no blanket for our bed, but 2 single cover bed in a queen bed. we were cold. breakfast very bad: no fruit, bad cakes, just cold boiled eggs…..
