La amabilidad y atención d ellos. También que tenían casi todo lo necesario (lo único q no tenían era jabón y shampoo).

Que en algunas ocasiones había ruido d máquinas, pero d mi parte pude entender q esto es parte del proceso d ellos para ampliar su hospedaje. Los trabajadores dentro d todo fueron muy amables.

Beautiful home, very clean safe and comfortable. The owners were very friendly, they made us feel as though we were a part of the family and welcomed us to walk around and enjoy the property. They were there if we needed them but also maintained distance to offer privacy. Sadly we only had 2 nights there, we would have gladly stayed there longer if our planned activities allowed it. When we left and stayed elsewhere we mentioned multiple times how much we missed staying here. The neighbors would smile and wave, it felt very safe. The location is perfect, you are close to everything. There's a bakery a short drive away, and a quiet little beach nearby. If we are back in puerto rico, we will definitely be back.

Friendly, quirky, and fun.

Michael and Oksana were very friendly and attentive. Their place is quite unusual, but fun. Mangoes abound. Can go up onto rooftop to view the ocean (or in our case--birdwatch). Don't let "front door" appearance scare you away. Ongoing construction gives Villa Marsana a bad first impression but don't let it dissuade you. Walk past the on-going work and the property opens to mangrove trees, the open kitchen, and stairs to the rooms and roof.

A couple of minor "fixes" would be easy to do. Have some sort of cups or drinking glasses in the room would be nice. The bathroom door needs to close better so one doesn't wake the other person when closing it in the middle of the night. The hosts can't control neighboring noise, but barking dogs and jungle fowl are loud enough one might consider sleeping with ear plugs.

Property is huge and nicely decorated, great for big groups

It wasn’t clear the owner of the property lives on site and would be using the shared guest kitchen and facilities with us. I would’ve liked more privacy from the owners since that’s what was expected for the amount paid.

Enjoyed my stay here and the beach

- Wide terraces and lot's of chairs and shezlongs, wonderful view especially during the night - Very friendly & welcoming host and atmosphere - Very close to a long, not-crowded and beautiful beach - Lovely doggies and cats - Open air kitchen - All 100% cotton bad ware - Lot's of windows and air in the room

Really there is nothing I particularly didn't like, but jus for the information, this place is not a hotel, it is more an house. Dogs of each house around is free and rooming around, and some of them does not like running or cycling people, so be aware of unleashed dogs all around.

Very poor

I arrived late at night. There were insects and lizards running around the room. Shower had no hot water. Owner claimed there was a water view. There is no water to be seen. There was garbage and dirty dishes, pots and pans in their outdoor kitchen. It was horrible. I paid for the 2 nights but promptly moved into and booked a Marriott 45 minutes away.

I didn’t have the breakfast but I can say that we were offered full use of the kitchen with all-you-can-eat fresh mangos at all times.

The only thing that would have been better for me was that the bed wasn’t terribly comfortable in my opinion but everyone has different preferences as far as that goes.

Magical positive energy to fuel the rest of my trip this most definite looking forward to returning.

This was one of the most Splendid places we stayed on this trip. The facilities a jaw dropping beautiful and communal. The outdoor communal kitchen melted my heart away. The hosts were so great. Exactly what I needed on my beach getaway vacation to stay at such a magical place surrounded by wonderful animals and fantastic energy. Beach was walking distance. Accommodations were perfect. Ironically the first night I day dreamed of moving in and the second night my wife stated to me, I could live in a place like this. I laughed so hard because she said exactly what I was thinking.

That I couldn't move in.

Villa Marsana exceeded expectations. The hosts are friendly and ready to share fresh fruit from their garden. They have worked hard to make their place inviting to their guests, evidenced in small details spattered around the house, inviting seating and hammocks, roof top views and seating etc. Lovely to stay with them.

We had a wonderful time here. Mike and Oxana are exceptionally kind. great place to bring the kids. The animals just add to the stay. our daughter fell in love with all the animals, ok so did I 😊 the house is located in a wonderful area with plenty around to do. The hosts are very helpful with local attractions and knowledge of the area. The house is exceptionally clean and the roof top views are amazing. We will be returning. Miss you Oxana and I wish you the best - Dawn

A great stay in Rincon!

The space was beautiful with beautiful owner created mosaics throughout the property. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable, and we loved the dogs!!

The water takes a little while to warm up, but that is because it is heated by the sun via columns on the roof. Worth it to wait for hot water when it helps reduce the carbon footprint!

It was a great location to vacation and rest.

It was a good location close to the beach, and I was with my wife who was working, meanwhile I use everyday to go to the beach to walk and do some exercise. The area has a great weather and there is no need to use Air condition. The place has great views from the top in the Terrace at third floor, you can see the beach from there.

There was no things that I didn't like.

The Simplicity of Life

I didn't like the fact there was so many cats around the place. If it was one or two no problem, but they have stray cats that really don't let you enjoy the outside kitchen.

I loved everything else. The location is great! Very close to a private beach where my older sons would train, exercise, and run a mile in the sand. There are local bakeries, eateries, and kiosks with the wonderful flavor of Puerto Rico. The hosts are very knowledgeable of the area. This is not the Hilton, it's a great family experience where you can appreciate the area as a local islander, and enjoy the simplicity of life. It was a bonding moment for our family.

One of a kind property with great energy and amazing views!

It’s hard to put into words how unique Villa Marsana is. I’ve never seen anything like it. The rooms are clean and well decorated and each have their own balcony area with hammocks. The property features a 3rd and 4th story rooftop patios with incredible views. The architecture is breathtaking and the open air, community kitchen is perfect! A private stretch of beach is just a couple minutes away by foot and other points of interest are within a very reasonable distance. The owners are kind and cheerful people with an appreciation for natural and simple living. I would love to stay here again.
