Превосходное отношение персонала к гостю. Люди работающие там, невероятно учтивы, тактичны и чуткие. Чистота и комфорт, прекрасный вид на весь город - не оставляет равнодушным.

The staff were very nice. The cleaning lady Gul'zhan was very attentive, reacted quickly to my requests and overall took a good care of my needs, so thanks to her.

A very good hotel, with excellent facilities, courteous, friendly and professional staff.

The hotel is very good, with excellent facilities, although I didn't get the opportunity to try the pool. The staff are very friendly and professional and extremely helpful in all areas. The rooms are kept in very good condition and serviced regularly. The rooms are equipped with all varieties of supplies and disposables in case you forget anything. I loved the spacious walk-in shower. In-room dining is very good, the food is high quality, and room service support easy to use and courteous. Good selection of food types and a good wine list. The hotel is well located and provides transport facilities, at a small cost. The concierge is exactly what you would expect and you can ask almost anything, booking external restaurants, shopping and local information. There are plenty of comfortable meeting spaces and most areas have incredible views of the city and/or mountains. Next to the hotel, just a few minutes walk, is a shopping centre, the Essentai Mall, a high end collection of quality stores with a very good supermarket in the basement. I can highly recommend a stay here for business or pleasure, and will definitely visit again when I am next in Almaty.

Superb

Breakfast is fantastic. Staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Views from the hotel are lovely.

Dinner food was not particularly inspiring. Location is difficult to reach on weekdays.

I have booked a room for two and have written weeks upfront about importance of our special day - special event, but unfortunately, there were only 1 dental kit, no sugar and very budget tea in the room.

This is the worst Ritz Carlton experience I have ever lived in all over the world.

The group should cultivate the quality and working ability of hotel personnel, especially the sanitation and cleaning personnel. They don't look professional. The breakfast is the worst, I think it should be a three-star hotel standard. Really disappointed. The staff in the restaurant were very inattentive. We waited almost half an hour for the milk, the teacups delivered were also damaged, and the black tea also took a long time to be served. This is not what a 5 star hotel should be.
