AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

This place resembles a boarding house or a really low-grade hostel. There appears to be a group of long-term guests who smoke and play music at the end of the corridor. One of them (who appeared drunk and/or on drugs) knocked on my room demanding I return his mobile phone (I had literally just checked in and had never seen the guy before - or his mobile phone).

Would not recommend it to anyone and I would not go back to that hotel

No breakfast no nothing there

The people in the hotel and the kids running around at night and the banging the noise no light in the bathroom the evacuation alarm went off because someone pressing it

The closeness to water. The man at the counter

Do not go here. I needs a good renovation and get rid of the u desirables or open it up for these people if need be. 1.The look of the reception,messy, uninviting out the front bad sort of people hanging around I was frightened for my husband and myself. 2. A gentleman ran out with a towel and opened it up on the verandah seemed very odd. 3. A man smoking just at the back door cigarette butts all in the wall cavity it stunk. 4. The room stank like well crap 5. Do bot go here and beware of undesirables. 6. We should have known when we seen the video cameras in every corner. This place is very scary and we left after a couple of hours. The man at the front desk very understanding 👏

Hi Booking.com We have used you guys many times before and never had any trouble.I would advise you not to have anything to do with this venue in the future as it may reflect badly on your reputation.Never mind 2 stars, it should be lucky to receive 1 and is just passable. Passable because the bathroom, linen and floor were clean. There were a couple of cigarette burns on the shelf in the bathroom indicating that people had been smoking in the room.The only reason we stayed was because it was the only venue we could find with any accommodation at short notice.We live in the Blue Mountains and had to attend a funeral early the next morning. 1) our room was supposed to be non smoking, but it reeked of smoke.2) the window doesn't open.... which we were advised of after check in and a visit to the office. No info re: that anywhere. Hugely claustrophobic with the smell of smoke and no fresh air......3) wi-fi..the information provided was erratic. Some sites said yes, free wi-fi, others said no. There is none.4) door locks were very iffy and insecure .....the doors could be opened with a swift kick.5) the bed was lumpy, badly sprung and uncomfortable but at least the bedding was clean as were the towels. The rest of the furniture was shabby and a bit knocked about.6) TV ..the size of an A3 piece of paper, but it did work.7) the young man who checked us in was helpful and pleasant but said there was nothing he could do except offer us our money back and we could stay somewhere else..... however there was no other option for us at the time8) an accident waiting to happen.....you sit on the spare bed and it slides out from the wall, creating a gap between the wall and the bed for you to fall into..9}.there was a small fridge, microwave and jug, all of which were new but plugged into a 4 point power board which was stuffed behind the fridge and then plugged into a single power point....again not very safe.

Bed was rock hard, jug didn't work. Too noisy with pubs both sides and cafes/restaurants underneath
