Exceptional

Beautiful grounds, 2 pools and very serene but still only 2 mins walk to mushroom beach. The food is great and the staff all really care. We had the family villa - it is stunning with views of the ocean from every window.

absolutely amazing , the staff were fabulous, nothing was to much trouble. 40 meter walk down a steep path was difficult

We'll be back!

The location was amazing. Only 100 steps to the beach with no traffic noise. The beach at Mushroom Bay is beautiful and perfect for cooling off. The surfing trip leaving Mushroom Bay was brilliant for any level surfer. The food at Natural Villas was tasty, quick and great value. Nasi goreng is the only way to begin the day! Our host was friendly and made our stay all the better with his big smile and willingness to help.

The mosquito net blocks the fan. We just slept with the air con running and slept well.

A great chilled out place to stay

Great little resort nestled in tiny Mushroom Bay. We had a family bungalow for the 4 of us. They provided breakfast, its a simple but adequate menu and you can get further breaky items at a cost. They offer a few tours, motorbike and buggy rental. They also offer laundry services and minimal day spa activities. (massages and nails) The massages were blissful. The two pools are excellent and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Shout out to Newman, who went above and beyond. The resort is only a few hundred meters from the beach, where we would have dinner each night at the handful of restaurants. Mushroom Bay isnt large, apart from a few restaurants and bars it has a couple of shops, a mini mart, a couple of tour/hire places and thats about it. There are no TVs in the rooms, you literally get to check out of life for a few days and chill out. Overall a great place to go to relax and I hope to return one day. There are mini bars in the rooms that have Bintangs soft drinks and water.

The wifi wasnt great. We were located down the end of the resort, lovely and peaceful, but we had to go up the front to get the wifi. They will put costs on a running tab for you, I like to know what I'm spending, so I chose to pay as went. Not a problem, I just preferred to know what I'd spent, rather than getting a large bill at the end of the stay

Wow!

An ideal location with a lovely vibe, great food, good rooms (at a realistic price) and the friendliest and one of the most helpful sets of staff I've ever met. We travelled with our 2 year old and their friendliness and playing with him was lovely to watch and made the stay. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Small but beautiful in a fabulous location..

Naturale has separate bungalows dotted around a lovely garden and two small pools, located up the hill at the end of Mushroom Bay. It’s just a short walk down to this stunning beach so location is brilliant. Simple breakfast included and very nice, love the Nasi Pagi. I had my dates booked incorrectly and though stayed during the busy season, the staff managed to squeeze my sister and I into a twin room before being able to spread out the next day into our own. Rooms are simple, clean and each with a bathroom is all you need. Air cons work hard as there is no insulation, bed is firm but pillows were good. WiFi ok. This property suits families as its small, secluded, and safe for little ones.

This property is suited to families. Be aware if you don’t want to get bombed in the big pool by Rugrats, there is another smaller pool you can hopefully get a peaceful swim. Seems parents were having a holiday from parenting here.

Eventful stay

My wife, daughter and I stayed here over Christmas. While out at lunch one day my daughter fell unconscious with febrile seizure and convulsions and had to be taken by ambulance to the medical clinic; she made a quick, full recovery and we enjoyed the rest of our trip but it was a very scary experience for us. Wayan unexpectedly came to the clinic to check on us, and organised a taxi from the clinic back to the Villas, refusing payment. A kind and thoughtful gesture we very much appreciated.

Cute place with wonderful staff

We loved the location, the pool, the breakfast and the helpful staff. Great massage, comfortable beds, good a/c and WiFi.

Millipede infestation in the bathroom. Although we understand they are part of nature, there were an awful lot of them.

Everything :) the place was close to everything, the staff were amazing my partner said they did the best nassigoring he has had :) great message,scooter hire was very cheap was just a great place to stay we will definitely be back the rooms were so cute and comfortable

Loved it and would come back for sure

Villas were amazing, only a short walk along the beach from the ferry that took us there. Rooms were clean and facilities were lovely. Great value for money

Second time we stayed at Naturale Villas, our favourite spot in Nusa Lembongan. Location is top, few steps to the beach

fantastic location close to mushroom beach large airy two bedroom family villa with great views private and quiet

water pressure in shower could be better, sometimes it was just a trickle of water.

Beautiful quiet stay right next to Mushroom Bay Beach

We loved our stay at Naturale Villas. Everything was beautiful starting from the greeting of the staff as soon as we got off the boat. Very conveniently located right next to Mushroom Bay Beach with lots of food options. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep and the staff were very attentive and organized everything like scooter hire and snorkeling. Highly recommend staying here for a quiet escape. We will be back.

This hotel is gorgeous. The 2 pools are amazing as well as the sea view. The villas are pretty and comfy and we loved the whole atmosphere. The staff is so nice rend very available. We would love to come back

Highlight of our entire bali trip!

Very friendly staff, Komang and the whole staff were excellent! Organized everything from the ferry over, scooters when we arrived and an early morning fishing trip, plus they even cooked up some of the tuna we had caught! Can’t recommend highly enough. Villas were amazing with an awesome view over the ocean.

Very good

The place looks really nice and new, the room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. It’s an amazing little and quiet oasis to get away from the daily hustle. We loved the bathroom outside, nothing better then a shower under the blue sky (be aware there’s no roof even if it rains)

There were ants everywhere, we tried to put some cushions on the sunbeds next to the pool and found out very quickly that this was now the home of a huge ant colony. The staff was really nice about it and put them immediately away but I was every time afraid about touching anything. The other issue was that we couldn’t lock our door properly, we weren’t to afraid about robbers (it was very quiet due corona virus) but this might be an issue for other guests.

Lovely stay

We stayed here for 4 night the bed is very comfortable. Good breakfast. Very nice staff . Can walk to Dream beach . Didn’t use mushroom beach to many boats. Did use the pools at the hotel very nice . The room itself well the aircon is just ok small units for room size . Also no wardrobe so lived out of our suitcase!! But overall it’s good ..

Great location, staff and facilities

Pools are excellent, villas comfortable and air conditioned, staff were great made sure we had the best time on the island. Beautiful gardens and well maintained clean facilities.

Relaxing and Quiet

Only a minute walk to the south end of Mushroom Bay. Good mix of restaurants close by. Most activities can be arranged at the hotel.

Minor criticisms. Breakfast menu was quite limited. Rooms ( ours anyway ) not particularly soundproof.
