About this apartment rental
Nice, brightful and modern apartment in the 3rd Floor with elevator perfect to reach. Best location in Alghero, 10 minutes walk. in the old town, 5 min. to the beach and still quiet in the evening. The apartment is newly renovated and has a completely new and high-quality interior, which was completed this year. From the large balcony, which covers 25 square meters, one has a relaxed sea view and enough space to enjoy life outside. The building itself is only 5 years old.

This place was perfect for us. Walking distance to the historical and shopping area, a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and beaches! You could rent bikes to go to further beaches. It was a clean apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony with a view of the water. The beds were pretty comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cooking and eating equipment. It took us a bit of googling to figure out the fancy coffee maker but we did it and enjoyed it each morning. Thanks so much! We all said we’d stay at this apartment again when we come back to Sardinia (Alghero)!

This place is absolutely perfect! Clean and modern the patio is wonderful and just a block from the sea! Prompt response time. The beds are comfy and all the kitchen things and glasses you would need to cook. A very short walk to endless bars and restaurants at the beach and also a nice walk to old town. Perfect placating. A really nice detailed booked about what to do/eat/see. We didn’t want to leave and wish we had longer at this stay.

Toller Aufenthalt! Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber! Die Korrespondenz im Vorfeld sowohl mit Vermieter als auch Verwalter vor Ort lief einwandfrei. Die Antworten kamen innerhalb weniger Minuten. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Toller Blick vom Balkon zum Meer. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet und war bei Übergabe sehr sauber.
Die Altstadt von Alghero sowie der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Sunny, 2-BR modernist apartment with water view
The apartment is on the third floor of a very quiet, modern, elevator building only one block from Alghero’s lively waterfront. The unit has two large balconies, one with great sea/ sunset views, and is sleek, modernist and fully-equipped for those who like to cook. (Alghero has two great seafood markets!) The neighborhood is a bit shabby but the nearby Cafe Cake has great espresso and pastries and the historic town center is only a twenty-minute stroll along a seaside promenade. Lutz, the owner, was friendly and responsive, although he lives far away and must rely on friends and hired hands to respond to immediate issues. Mosquitoes were a bit of a problem but the beauty of Alghero and its surrounding area (Capo Cassia! Nuraghe Palmavera!) and the bounty of its cuisine (paella, cullurgiones, mallodressus, calamari) rendered them mere quibbles. Had a wonderful, full six days there!

Excellent stay
I wolud really like to recommend this place. It is very nicely located, close to the city center, very clean and well equipped. The contact with the owner and his friend who showed us the flat was great and we got all the information and help we needed.

Nice and great place in Alghero!
The apartment is very nice and is very good located to visit Alghero. It is just a few steps from the beach.
We could park the car in the street of the building. The apartment is perfect for 4 persons. The beds are really comfortables. Wifi is good. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The balcony is big and is very nice. The sun shines on it in the afternoon. The heaters are working perfectly. The communication with Lutze and Nicola was perfect. We will keep the address for our next visit to Alghero!

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Ferienwohnung, in der es uns an Nichts fehlte. Sehr gute Betreuung und Abwicklung der Vermietung. Altstadt, Strand, Markt und Geschäfte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar - dennoch ruhige Lage der Wohnung.

Alles Super außer Stromversorgung
Das Appartement ist toll. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und die Ausstattung ist klasse, insbesondere die Kaffeemaschine.
Das einzige Problem war, dass der Strom in der Wohnung immer dann ausfiel, wenn zum Beispiel der Ofen und die Kaffeemaschine gleichzeitig angeschaltet waren oder die Kaffeemaschine und das Laptop über die herkömmliche Steckdose in der Küche.
Wenn man es erst einmal weiß, ist es kein Problem und man stellt sich darauf ein.
Aber bis wir es wussten, hat es uns eine Menge Zeit gekostet und das war nervig.

Great apartment with excellent location and facilities
The way the check in process was arranged spares time and stress. The management have thoughtfully made a book with all FAQ, recommendations that a guest may have and also has provided lots of small stuff, that is needed during the stay but not worthy buying - salt and sugar, coffee beans, water, garbage bags and others.
The amenities in the apt were in excellent condition and best quality.
The neighbourhood was nice and calm, center is 10 min walk, bus stop less than 5 min walk.
All in all I highly recommend the place.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung und in Alghero.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt.
Die Wohnung hat sowohl für den Besuch verschiedener Strände, als auch für Besuche der Altstadt zu Fuß eine super Lage.

Urlaub in Alghero
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet.Es sind alle erforderlichen Geräte vorhanden. Auf dem großen Balkon mit Meerblick kann man gut esssen und auch den Abend mit Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Auto ist auf dem Parkkplatz in der Nähe gut aufgehoben.

Schönes Apartment mit schöner Ausblicksterrasse
Schönes, neues Apartment in zentraler Lage von Alghero. Zweite Reihe zum Strand Lido aber trotzdem Blick aufs Meer. Schöne grosse Terrasse. Sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit perfekt ausgestatteter Küche, inklusive Kaffeevollautomat von Jura. Wohnung war bei Übergabe sehr sauber, es sind auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Staubsauger vorhanden. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort, um eineni schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Hinzu kommt, dass der Kontakt zum Vermieter in Deutschland und seinem Hausmeister in Alghero perfekt funktioniert hat. Erwähnenswert ist auch noch das schön gestaltete, dreisprachige Gästebuch mit vielen wertvollen Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden etc.

Perfect Place to combine Beach and City Life in Alghero
We found a true home-away. The location of the apartment allows you to walk in 2 min to the Lido beach and the promenade (great for taking a run in the early morning or at sun-set), reach all other great beach spots North of Alghero within less than 25 min drive by car, or rent a bike and go to near-by spots. Still, at the same time, you walk to Alghero old town just 10 min for the great views, sun-down, shopping, restaurants & bars - it's just perfect city live in this memorable old town.
The apartment is perfectly equipped with a modern kitchen, smart TV and WiFi, everything worked fine. The balcony allows a view of the sea - you can enjoy the sun-set here, as well.
The apartment is modern and clean, the air-condition is very silent, so it doesn't disturb you at night.
For our next trip to Alghero, we will definitely check-in here again.

Moderne, tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick
Sehr schöne moderne, saubere, tolle Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt von Induktionsherd über Kaffeevollautomat bis hin zu sehr bequemen Betten.. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war ohne Probleme, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und am Ende auch verabschiedet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Toller Urlaub in einer Traumwohnung
Super schöne Wohnung, mit tollem Balkon und perfekter Lage
Wir haben in dieser Wohnung einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Der Checkin ist sehr gut organisiert und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.
In der Wohnung liegt ein Gästebuch mit allen wichtigen Hinweisen bzw. Bedienungsanleitungen zu Wohnung, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurantempfehlungen aus. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet mit neuesten Geräten und verfügt ebenso über zwei Balkone. Der große Balkon hat einen Esstisch für 6 Personen sowie eine Lounge Ecke, um den tollen Meerblick zu genießen.
Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl, was sehr angenehm ist, wenn man die ganzen Einkäufe tragen muss. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal! Sie liegt zentral und dennoch in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Egal ob Supermarkt, Altstadt, Bars, Restaurants oder Strand, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir können die Wohnung mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt bald wiederkommen. Danke.

Super Wohnung, alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Nah zu allen was man braucht und zur Innenstadt. Sehr netter Vermieter. Einfacher und unkompliziertet check in. Leider zur Zeit etwas laut aufgrund der Arbeiten am Neubau direkt nebenan

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento è in una buona posizione (non troppo lontana dal centro) . È di una grandezza sufficiente per starci comodamente in 4 ed è fornita di tutto (ecco forse per una cuoca come me qualche padella in più...). Arredamento moderno e confortevole . Un balcone che si è goduto per tutti i 15gg (abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori ) consigliatissimo

Urlaub auf Sardinien
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, nur das leider neben an eine Baustelle am Haus war ,so das man früh morgens mit Baulärm geweckt wurde und nicht ganz so entspannt auf der schönen Terrasse Frühstücken konnte. Aber ansonsten kann man das Appartement weiter empfehlen,die Baustelle wird ja nicht ein Dauer Zustand sein .Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral,so das man alles gut erreichen kann .

Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia di 4 persone. L’appartamento, pulito, moderno e completo in ogni accessorio, è esattamente come si vede nell’annuncio e la cortesia è stata ottima sia lato proprietario che di Nicola che ringraziamo molto e che è la persona di contatto locale. Alghero è molto bella ed il centro a 10 minuti a piedi. Sulla spiaggia antistante l’appartamento ci sono molte alghe (da cui Alghero..) ma l’acqua, passato il primo mezzo metro, è bellissima e nelle vicinanza (es. spiaggia di Maria Pia a 20 minuti a piedi) ci sono spiagge fantastiche. Per chi come noi non avrà la macchina c’è la facile possibilità di noleggio (anche di bici) anche se segnalo la possibilità di usufruire dei trasporti pubblici, abbondanti e molto comodi rispetto alla posizione dell’appartamento) o di servizi di trasporto privato (noi ad esempio siamo andati a Stintino con pullman privato senza nessun problema o disagio, anzi). Insomma se volete passare una bella vacanza affittate questo appartamento e buon divertimento! Luigi e famiglia

Alles gut!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen. Den Meerblick haben wir genossen. Alles war äußerst unkompliziert und der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend. Wegen unseres Flugs waren wir schon um 9:00 Uhr in Alghero. Da die vorherigen Mieter einen Tag vorher ausgezogen waren, konnten wir die Wohnung schon um 9:00 Uhr beziehen. Es sollte allerdings erwähnt werden, dass direkt nebenan gerade gebaut wird. Der Baulärm kann insbesondere morgens schon mal störend sein.

In einem liebevoll ausgearbeiteten Skript waren viele Erklärungen und wertvolle Ausflugtipps zu finden (Italienisch, Englisch, Deutsch).
Die Kinder fanden sogar Spiele vor. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung sowie deren Ausstattung - in der wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt haben - ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber, gepflegt und in guter Lage.

Neuwertige und toll ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, sehr schön durchdachte und hochwertige Ausstattung. Toll gelegen, Altstadt und Strand sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Parken war unproblematisch, in den umliegenden Straßen fand sich immer ein Platz.
Die umfangreichen Empfehlungen zu Restaurants und Ausflügen waren sehr hilfreich, alle Restaurants, die wir auspropbiert haben, waren durchweg super. Darüber hinaus war Nicola immer bei Rückfragen und für Empfehlungen erreichbar.
Einziger Wehmutstropfen: Das Haus direkt nebenan wurde kurz vor unserem Aufenthalt abgerissen, ab früh morgens hat der Bagger die Grube ausgehoben.
Wir haben uns aber insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung
Wir haben die Wohnung wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Grosser Balkon, bequemes Bett, gut ausgerüstete Küche, leider nur italienische TV-Sender. Parkieren problemlos möglich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung.
Sehr empfehlungswert : das Ristorante Mao de Pla in 3 Minuten Entfernung zur Wohnung und viele gute Restaurants in der Altstadt von Alghero. Weniger empfehlungswert : die Bäckerei schräg vis à vis, die trockenes Brot verkauft. Leider wurde das Haus nebenan während unserer Woche entrümpelt, was lärmig war. Aber dafür kann die Wohnung nichts. Wir empfehlen diese schöne Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großzügigem Balkon,
Meerblick und zentraler aber vergleichsweise ruhigen Lage inklusive. Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und ist, dank IKEA recht gut ausgestattet. Alles wirkt sehr neu, sämtliche Messer sind noch scharf, Gläser, Geschirr und Besteck weisen kaum Gebrauchsspuren auf, aus leidvoller Erfahrung wissen wir, dass das nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ebenso sind die vielen Garderobenhaken und stabilen Kleiderbügel in den Schlafzimmern sowie die zahlreichen Handtuchhalter lobenswert. Wie gesagt, wir kennen es auch ganz anders, vielen Dank!
Genial ist die mehrsprachige Anleitung, in der sowohl Hinweise zur Bedienung der Technik, Regeln zur Mülltrennung wie auch Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps zu finden sind. Der Empfang durch Nicolai und Giusi war sehr freundlich und trotz unserer eingeschränkten Sprachkenntnisse hat alles gut funktioniert. Während unseres Aufenthalts war parken in der näheren Umgebung kein Problem. Die Restaurantempfehlungen sind sehr gut, insbesondere das ‘Enhorabona‘ können wir wegen der Herzlichkeit des Service, der sehr guten Küchenleistung und der moderaten Preisgestaltung vollumfassend empfehlen.
Auch wenn das Wetter Anfang Mai 2018 nicht so berauschend war, ist Alghero (besonders die Altstadt) eine gute Ausgangsbasis um den Nordwesten Sardiniens zu erkunden. Das kulinarische Angebot von Wochenmarkt (mittwochs, via corsica), dem Mercado bei der Altstadt und der Fischhalle am Hafen, lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Schon die autochthonen Produkte (Wein, Safran, Bottarga, Pecorino, Salami, Schinken, Seeigelrogen etc,) Sardiniens lohnen einen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden uns sicher noch weitere Teile Sardiniens ansehen. Schade, dass man die Wohnung dahin nicht mitnehmen kann…

Sehr gute Lage und sehr gemütliche & komfortable Ferienwohnung
Wir waren mit unseren Kindern zum ersten Mal auf Sardinien, waren sehr zufrieden und haben den Urlaub einfach genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Der Balkon ist wunderbar groß und wir konnten beim Essen immer direkt auf das Meer blicken. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Bäcker, Supermärkte, Apotheke, Drogerie, und vieles mehr. Die Altstadt von Alghero ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang an der Promenade entfernt. Die Gebäude dort sind wunderschön, und es gibt viele kleine Geschäfte mit Souvenirs, Schmuck, Mode...Meine Tochter und ich waren fröhlich shoppen, während mein Mann und mein Sohn den nahegelegenen Strand besucht haben, der zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen ist. Das Meer hat es uns besonders angetan, denn es ist türkis-blau. Wir haben uns ein Auto gemietet und ein paar Ausflüge gemacht, haben die Grotta di Nettuno besucht, die Stadt Bosa, mit den vielen bunten Häusern und viele andere Traumstrände. Die Gastronomie ist natürlich zahlreich und auch direkt um die Ecke anzufinden. Meine Familie hat sich allerdings am liebsten von Pizza ernährt, weil sie dort einfach noch leckerer schmeckt.
Ich kann die Ferienwohnung mit gutem Gewissen nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank, dass an alles gedacht wurde, um uns den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
