Parada Perfecta en Bogota, en medio de sector tranquilo y en el corazón de zona de boutiques y cafés

La comodidad de las camas, el silencio, los detalles de sostenibilidad y el desayuno, delicioso!

Que no tenia espacio ni soporte para poner mi maleta grande de viaje abierta, es un poco incómodo tener que abrirla en el piso, imagino para personas mayores más.

the ladies at the breakfast cafe was very kind and friendly.

everything. if you are looking for a place for a peaceful sleep I can not recommend this hotel. we had the most terrible experience as they gave us a 2nd floor room on the street side. you hear everything happening in the street and every car passes. on the top of that the room had a connection door with the room next to us and we heard everyone talking every morning. we did not ask for cleaning and put a sign on the door for not disturb but when we came in cleaning ladies had already visited and cleaned the room and for some reason closed our open luggages. it was not a good stay for us.

We arrived at 0600, due to an early flight, but they accommodated us in a very comfortable lounge area with a lovely breakfast! We were very grateful for this! Breakfast staff were lovely - so friendly & great service.

I was satisfied however knowing that I had been overcharged reflected negatively on my entire stay.

Good location, good room layout, very clean, small boutique hotel feel

While this hotel may be four star it was a bit worn around the edges and could use upgrading, small bathroom for a four star hotel. Front desk staff was totally unsympathetic to my request for higher floor room as what had been stated in the room type. I was overcharged for an additional occupant given that I had mistakenly made the reservation for one person rather than two people. When i added an additional person the room cost was increased by 30%. Had I cancelled my reservation for one person and made a new reservation for two people the cost would not have increased. When I pointed this out to the front desk staff they were completely unsympathetic. As I had passed the time to cancel the reservation without penalty I was forced to pay 30% more for the room. This was a signification cost as I was booked in the hotel for five nights.

The room is modern, well-designed, clean, with the needed appliance/supplies such as USB charger outlet, refrigerator, hot water pot, tea/coffee, etc. The location is also great as it’s within the walking distance to the town central (not the city central).

They only have one (Queen size) bed, and no room has double bed.
