I do not recommend, for this price go to stay somewhere in the city centre, at least you won't be insulted and treat

Good location

-Very rude receptionists. One was called Augusto, and the second was a woman with a ponytail with green eyes, she was being aggressive and very unpleasant. They made a mistake with our parking fee and instead of trying to fix it they said “Errors happen”, I said that if they made a mistake they should have fixed it and apologised, that's how customer service works. They started talking in Spanish and insulting us, but we both speak Spanish so we understood everything. Very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour. -It’s impossible to sleep past 10AM as the cleaners have a competition of who's going to slam the door louder. It was non-stop slamming of the doors, every 5 minutes during room service. -We stayed for 2 nights and didn't have the room cleaned on the first day as room service came very early, yet they still charged us a pet cleaning fee for 2 days, not 1. -The bottle with conditioner was almost empty. -It was very hard to connect the TV to YouTube or Netflix, I think SmartTV should be a standard nowadays, especially in 5 star hotels

A szállodalánc hírnevéhez mérten a szolgáltatások nívósak, de a kiszolgálás próbálja utolérni magát.

A reggeli svédasztalos volt és bőséges, kellően nagy választékkal. A közelben lévő metró / vonat megállónak köszönhetően a központi pályaudvar 20 percre van. A közelben - séta távolságra, kb. 5 percen belül - több edzőterem is található. A belvárosba a recepción 35 €-ért lehet taxit kérni, a repülőtérre 55 €-ért.

A szállásra érkezéskor meglepődve konstatáltuk, hogy a fizetés csak előre lehetséges, távozás előtt nem. Első este a vacsoránál fogalmuk sem volt arról, hogy létezik olyan, hogy előre kifizetett vacsora (félpanzió). Emiatt több szálon is egyeztetni kellett a személyzettel, mire sikerült elkerülnünk az újbóli fizetést a vacsoráért. Érkezéskor a tv ment, azonban távirányító az egész szobában nem volt a készülékhez. A törölköző / köntös kombináció is egy főre volt bekészítve. Az utóbbiak figyelmetlenségek, nem számottevő. Azonban a vacsora-helyzet igazán kellemetlen volt...

Séjour agréablement parfait !!!

La proximité du Métro est un plus, pour cet Hôtel, avec un petit déjeuner copieux et varié ! La propreté de la chambre, et ses équipements sont un atout majeur pour cet Etablissement !!! Je recommande fortement.

La barrière de la langue, l'établissement ferme un peu la porte aux francophones ! peut-être envisagé un logiciel de conversion français/ Anglais pour les clients francophones !!!

Siisti, mukava hotelli areenojen ja metroaseman läheisyydessä.

Erikseen maksettava aamiainen oli hyvä, normaalilaajuinen. Viikonloppuna mahdollisuus itse sekoitettavaan mimosaan ilahdutti.

Siivooja unohti käydä yhtenä päivänä, eikä täydentänyt tyhjentynyttä paperipakettia.

Ganz ok für ein paar Tage um die City anzuschauen. :-)

Sauberkeit, Frühstück, gleich an der Bahnstation gute Anbindung, modernes Zimmer

Man pro Nacht 25 Euro pro Nacht Kaution bezahlen. Sowas habe ich noch in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt. Super komisch!

LAMENTÁVEL

O Hotel está bem localizado, e permite um rápido acesso à estação que desse modo facilita a deslocação.

Muito lamentável quando o Hotel diz que tem parking no momento da reserva a um preço de 25€, no entanto o parking não pertence ao Hotel. E ainda pior foi chegar ao veículo e o mesmo estar com o vidro partido porque assaltaram a nossa viatura em plena luz do dia, depois dizem que as cameras não funcionam e o Hotel nada fez para resolver a situação, tive que ser eu e a minha esposa a deslocar a policia a pé, a ter que falar com o vigilante do parque que por sinal não vigia nada, fui obrigado a pagar parque e já nem a noite ficamos no Hotel visto a nossa viatura não estar em segurança, porque qualquer pessoa o podia abrir. LAMENTÁVEL.

Insgesamt sehr gut, wir würden das Hotel für eine Übernachtung in Amsterdam wieder wählen.

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber - sehr bequeme Betten! Das Hotel ist verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden. Positiv für Anreise mit eigenem PKW: günstige Parkgebühren. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, reichlich und zu einem angemessenem Preis.

Die nicht abgedichtete Glastür zum Bad / Toilette hat eher eine Alibifunktion statt einen Nutzen.

Zakelijk verblijf dus eten en slapen en weinig kunnen genieten van de mogelijkheden

Eten in restaurant, oplossing voor een slecht schoongemaakte kamer door een betere vervangende kamer. Klachten worden opgepakt en opgelst

Het vinden van mijn boekingen via booking.com of rechtstreeks. Ook tarieven die voor een dag bijboeken opliepen van 145,= per kamer naar 365,= voor een dag langer

Location is out side Amsterdam for a good nice sleep but yet easy access to anywhere by train , tram & metro

Bed linen have bad smell ! Ask to change it but still has the same smell! May be they have to use different laundry soap or put some kind of perfume or softener in it which have nice smells

Good stay with few negatives

Spacious and clean room with all necessary amenities.

There is a security deposit that I had to pay additional to booking fees during check -in as a guarantee in case I break something. I have never been asked for such a deposit anywhere. Seem very weird to me. The kettle was not very clean and lid was brocken. Casting to the TV wasn't possible because of technical errors from the hotel Internet connection.
