Отель расположен на берегу моря, есть свой небольшой сад-солярий ( возле входа в бассейн и спа), где можно загорать или работать на природе среди зелени и цветов . Отличная зона спа, большой бассейн, был свободен (1-2 человека) когда я посещала , хамам , лед, баня . Очень очень вежливый персонал . Все стараются помочь и предусмотрительны.
Мой номер выходил на море окна , хоть и наискосок , но отлично . Номер чистый , комфортный, есть чайник , кофемашина простая , холодильник , все стандартно, но уютно . Полностью соответствует фото на сайте отеля.
Очень обрадовалась что предпочла этот отель, а не в старом городе - тихое красивое место , а такси в город стоит 250 руб и ехать 10 минут .
Очень важно ! Спрашиваете- номер для курящих или нет !
Соотношение цена - качество завтрака . Завтрак стоит 20 долларов . Кофе в чане как в столовой , я спросила о кофе вареном , мне сказали , что кофе только такой . Еды вроде много, но все такое среднее , уровень хорошего санатория. Нет стола с местными локальными продуктами, сладости - только тесто разное . Напитки - соки из порошка и вода . Из хорошего - можно завтракать на террасе на воздухе .

По заселении я заплатила за late checkout в 18.00. В итоге меня с криками и громким стуком пытался выселить housekeeping в 12.30, когда я спала и стоял статус «не беспокоить». При заселении просила поменять бронирование с «без завтрака» на «номер с завтраком», уточнила, чтобы в инвойсе завтрак прописывали не отдельно, а сразу включили в стоимость номера, это было важно, так как мы в командировке и нужно отчитаться перед бухгалтерией. В итоге завтрак в инвойсе прописали отдельно, но уже не хватило нервов объясняться с ресепшен.

Пара нюансов, которые можно улучшить: чаще убирать волосы в бассейне - буквально 2 раза в день, т.к. девушки приходят без шапочек. Понятно, что отдыхающим за немалые деньги не скажешь одевать шапочки. Когда клок чужих черных волос попадает на тебя, это очень неприятно. Также на 4ом этаже заменить дверь для комнаты персонала, она заюзанная очень, на контрасте с другими. В одном месте в общем коридоре на 4ом этаже меняли покрытие, приклеили плохо, портит впечатление.

the room was very clean however one point I would like to raise as I noticed as well my coworkers is that the water shower inside the hotel is very weak.
so it is either the water pressure or the shower tubes need to be cleaned from the sands

There wasn't much to like, Airport Transfer, which was pre-booked arrived 2 hours late.
The Hotel is not suitable for a relaxing Family Hotel, it is being used for "Packaged Deals", which results in the Hotel filled to the brim!
You cannot move in the Restaurant for Breakfast, you will not find a table, you will stand in a queue for your Omelets for over 10 minutes, and there are only 2 stations, with 100's dining at once.

They compensated the lack of view with free breakfast which was really nice and delicious.
I reserved a room with sea view. You had to go to the corner of the room to see a small portion of the sea. We got the compensation after expressing our room change request for the third time. Doesn’t worth the extra money given for the sea view. Room was okay but it was a bit old. Had to walk 5 mins to reach to my room from the elevators.

Most of the staff were very friendly & the breakfast spread was lovely! Liked the view from my room! Was meat & clean.
The property is good & I absolutely loved my stay cause I was with friends and loved Baku…but since you are a service industry and boast of 4/5 star hotel…there are things that are normal for guests to expect which I found was surprisingly lacking here!
1. You need to pay immediately when you use the restaurant, it’s not billed to room, even after your stay is fully paid.
2.The breakfast closes exactly on the dot at 11am and you will not even get hot water or coffee from the machine, the guest is blankly refused…no one informs you that the breakfast is closing, like it’s done in every other hotel the world over.
3.The reception had flatly refused to even look up if my flight was running late ( my phone was out of battery ) & when I check with them they said ‘I don’t know’.
4.Asked for an adaptor again was a flat refusal…they did not even bother to give alternatives.
We all book certain hotels in a new place because it would be convenient when it came to all these little things.

the room i was given was very far away from the lift and the view was not good at all for. Value for money not worth i would caution guests to checkout the room location before accepting the room. The hotel rooms are dated

the food was great, the staff very nice and friendly, the spa is great
the smell from the sea outside from the pool was really bad sometimes. the location is really bad, too far out from everything, no cafes or restaurants or other things nearby in walking distance. i did tell the hotel beforehand that i was on my anniversary trip with my spouse but i didnt get a reply on that, just a generated reply on early arrival which we didnt have and no mention of it by the staff and no small gift like a chocolate in the room or maybe even something else special. that was very disappointing since other hotels often leave a small surprise or offer an upgrade. further, we didnt have enough towels in our rooms, and only one bathrobe and we had to keep asking for more towels (2 big towels per person which is normal) for 2 days.

I ordered Sea View room and they gave me city view, staff are not supportive and liars! They say they will change the room or give us offers but nothing happens! Please check photos for Sea View room and judge for yourself!
Bed is not comfortable at all. Room is not clean! Stains and dirty spots everywhere! Shower is a nightmare! Water switch from extremely hot to extremely cold every 5 seconds which is very annoying!
Overall, bad experience with this hotel 👎
