Beautifully decorated, Non-Smoking 3 BR/2.5 BA Condo with 2 car garage, located on a Quad with Semi-Private Courtyard Pool and BBQ area for Quad Residents only. Beautifully landscaped tropical grounds surround the Paseo community.
The Master BR has a king size bed, 42' Flat Screen TV. Large master bath includes a shower, soaker tub, double sinks, tile floor, private toilet area and California walk in closet.
2nd BR has a queen size bed and flat screen TV, 3rd BR has 2 twin beds and share the guest bathroom with full size tub
Hypoallergenic laundry detergent used on all sheets and towels
A desk for your computer and a laundry room are located on 2nd floor
The first floor is tiled and has a fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast bar, dining room, living room w/42' Flat screen TV, DVD player, Bose Wave music system and a half bath
Free Wi-Fi available in unit
Computers, printer, and fax machine are available for free at the Village Center Internet Cafe
Quad residents enjoy a richly landscaped courtyard that includes a large freeform pool with custom furnishings. There is also a large wooden trellis covering a brick paver deck complete with BBQ grills. They are fully furnished with tables, umbrellas, chairs and comfortable patio lounge furniture.
The luxurious 26,000 square foot Village Center is the focal point of the community, the place where family and friends meet and celebrate life. The variety of amenities at the Village Center provides a wonderful resort lifestyle.
Paseo offers a full-service concierge, a resort-style pool, spa and fitness facilities, a community movie theatre, a pub, an Internet cafe, a business center, fishing pier, Courts for all your favorite sports: tennis, basketball, volleyball, and pickleball.
