Million view with calm peaceful vibes :)

The view from my bedroom and balcony were absolutely stunning! The neighborhood was quaint and the apartment was spacious. The owners greeted me with gifts and lemonade as well :)

Nothing staying here was amazing.

Exceptional

Fabulous! We arrived very late and the host was there to meet us on arrival and help us settle in. The host was wonderful and made sure our stay was pleasant. Providing us with fresh locally grown fruits and drinks, fresh linens and toiletries, even willing to transport us around Hvar. The rooms were lovely, with fabulous ocean views from the top balconies and a beautiful landscaped garden. The apartment is a few minutes from the beach front, though a few steps to get to the beach, the view is worth it. There's a local grocery store and an amazing restaurant close by which was very handy.

The internet access was intermittent however we were a family of 6 with young adults and it may have impacted performance.

Good but the owners not to good

2 of the 3 rooms were ok and cute, one of them was horribly laid out

The owners were very rude at the beginning, they locked us in the rooms with them to tell us that they were the bosses and that if we had parties, talked very loudly, they would kick us out and call the police. I understand the rules of the accommodation, but a guest who is paying for a service cannot be intimidated in this way. They wanted to charge us extra for a sofa bed, until we showed the reservation and they left us alone. The rooms are normal to nice, recently remodeled. but the room below. the distribution, horrible. the bathroom mixed with the living room and the kitchen.

A week's stay in Hvar Town (London Couple 🇬🇧)

The Apartment Roso accomodation was perfect for our 6 night stay! Firstly, the views from the terrace were stunning. We were very well located and had good proximity to most of the main town attractions from a walking distance (just be mindful of the many stairs 😅). As for the hosts, they were really warm and welcoming. Anytime we needed something (I.e. fresh towels, washed laundry, taxi service, etc.), they were always quick to respond.

Good price/quality ratio

Hosts were very friendly. They offered us limonade at arrival and also gave us lavender and a souvenir from hvar when we left. They were very thoughtful, bringing us new towels, umbrellas when it rained and also moved the clothes for us so they wouldn’t get wet.

There was air conditioning but I think it needed some cleaning of the filters. It was very hot when we were in the apartment.

Wonderful place, wonderful view, great hosts.

The top apartment was very large, had a nice balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment was renovated and clean. The host was very responsive and met us at the door with a pitcher of cold lemonate.

Lovely apartment

It was nice a spacious and had gorgeous views. Very close to a small supermarket and very close walk to the water where you can relax.

It was about 20 mins walk to the main port on hvar with some steps, if you don't mind walking then this is good.

I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The view was spectacular and the terrace was a treat. It was in a perfect location as not to far from Center but far enough away from the huddle and Brussels.

Most enjoyable. The apartment was so clean & everything you need. The hosts were so welcoming!

The hosts were so helpful & friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean & just as seen in the photos. The location was ideal for exploring Hvar. Couldn’t rate it enough! We will definitely be back!

Hosts were incredibly kind and generous, apartment was sparkling clean! Overall excellent!

The location is near the beach so that was great, it's an uphill climb from the beach, which we loved because we were active, but when we saw the old city, we sorta wished we had stayed there. However this apartment was spacious and incredibly clean and sparkling, with a gorgeous patio! Probably would not have this in the old city. The hosts were generous and kind and welcomig. They greeted us with organic homemade lemonade made from fresh lemon and herbs from their garden and gave us a lavender parting gift when we left. It was an absolutely wonderful experience.

Efficient apartment well located for visiting Hvar

Good location, and very friendly hosts, who helped with parking instructions, and suggestions for visiting Hvar.

The sofa bed was not really a bed at all, and quite uncomfortable.

Absolutely stunning view from the balcony where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner or just a glass of wine. Very close to the beachline: Bonj le bains beach, hula hula Hvar and lots more. Not far from the city center (20 min walk). But stairs everywhere) Very nice host! Recommend! Hvar itself is a rather nice place with really beautiful beaches.

Had issues with hot water in the bathroom.

It is new apartment but nobody checked the aircondition if it was working or not. At the end does not matter how is the look of apartment , better to have more responsive less greedy owners. Serving lemonade in the entrance did not change our view.

When we arrived, they said you did not tell us about the dog and the kid, but i know in my booking reservations i have all the time default version of 7 years old kid. Than i realize the booking was made for double than we said ok. And they said you need to pay for 50 euros additional for 2 days. At the end it is an apartment and they have zero cost for the small dog and the kid, but ok, the problem was the airconditioner was not working and we did not find anybody around to fix it after we paid extra amount, nobody was around. This was our swcond apartment in hvar, we are dissapointed about greediness and first one was much better experience with a much lower price.

Week in hvar

We were in the ground floor apartment which was clean and comfy! The couch is comfortable to sleep on and the apartment fully stocked with every utensils even a sponge to wash up with it! There is patio area with chairs and table outside with a clothes line which was very handy. We didn’t have a view of the sea but we had our own patio which was quaint! The landlady was very friendly and even gave us fresh grapes one day! It was a nice quiet area with a supermarket just down the road! Definitely would Recommend and return to this apartment!

The bathroom is very small, cramped and the shower tray felt unsteady when standing in it like it was warped underneath. The boiler only served one hot shower and then had to wait for water to heat up again but as it was so warm lukewarm water was suffice. The ground floor apartment is dark, Only natural light coming in is bedroom window and the front door. So we tried to keep shutters open as much as possible! The air con is set to 16 degrees and fan is very slow but it cooled the apartment enough. The apartment is 2km from the harbour so a 15/20 minute walk but it is close to hula hula beach and the Amfora Beach. The apartment could be better signposted, we had to ask for directions as the number of the apartment is half way up the steps so we kept missing it from the main road! One thing is the steps to the apartment are right at the zebra crossing so it’s direct walk down to the beach!
