Pessima esperienza

L'hotel non era come in foto: pareti macchiate e cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno. Lo staff inesistente. Mi é stato chiesto di versare un deposito cauzionale di 200 euro per accedere alla struttura, senza specificarlo prima della prenotazione. Avrebbero dovuto restituire il deposito entro 15 giorni lavorativi, ma é trascorso più di un mese dal mio soggiorno. Continuo a contattare la struttura ma non ricevo risposta o spiegazioni. Sconsigliato.

A fost curat. Locația este aproape de stații autobuz, tren, magazine, etc.

Faptul ca prosoapele se schimba doar la 2 zile.

Pesima No volveria jamas

La recepción queda a 1.3 km del alojamiento la habitacion como tal lo cual con maletas es horrible uno llega mas cansado de lo normal, en la recepción no hablan español y el ingles muy poco tampoco no sonríen hacen todo apurado, te hacen dejar 200 euros de garantía por un lugar que no estaba apto. La entrada de la habitación la cerradura dañada estaba como si hubieran entrado a las fuerzas, el baño con pelos en lavamanos, en bidet, la tapa del inodoro estaba desajustada no pudimos usarlo hasta que avisamos y nos dijeron q iban a arreglarlo, donde se colocan las toallas también estaba desajustada de todo esto nadie nos informo así que para cobrar una garantía de 200 euros debes asegurar de que la habitación esta en OPTIMAS CONDICIONES NO esperar a que el cliente llegue a la habitación de hecho tuve que realizar un video, tomar fotos y enviar las pruebas antes de usar la habitación para que todos estos daños no fueran cargados a nuestra cuenta, pues no éramos los culpables y cuando aviso me dicen que no les habían notificado sobre todos estos daños, osea que ellos no tienen ni idea de las condiciones en que tienen las habitaciones. Al final enviaron a alguien y arreglaron el inodoro y el soporte de las toallas. Mas de 15 días después han devuelto nuestro dinero y porque realizamos el reclamo del mismo. Mala experiencia la verdad Adjunto fotos

Good hotel but could have been even better!

It was good self check in hotel but unlike few other self check in hotels we missed having a small kitchennete or dining area in property. For check in need to travel to different location which wasted our 2 hours time to check in. As such staff and rest of process where good. They also provided electric kettle on our request. Location as such quite good easy 10 minute walk from Napoli central station. Overall still it was good stay but easily it can be made more better I feel.

Check in process to collect keys from different location was not good experience l. Need to arrange a vehicle pick and drop in such case which was not in our case as no car or driver available as it was holiday season. Electric kettle, tea n sugar packets etc could be provided by default. There can be a small common pantry area with microwave Owen.

it was a pity we couldn’t use the room but for sleeping and that wasn’t comfortable either.

the location was great

it wasn’t what we booked for. it wasn’t a suite meant for 5 people. more items in the bathroom and bedroom were broken, the WiFi wasn’t working has we had checked in for ( one of the kids needed to be online for school) and the air conditioning wasn’t accessible because the remote was swapped with the one of another room.

The location was good.

The bed was not comfortable. They put together 2 spring-mattresses and so we didn't get a good sleep. Also, there were many moskitos in the room that bit us all night long. The remote control of the ac wasn't working (battery issue I guess) And the room smelled like cigarettes. Last thing is the Hussle of getting the key from their office which is 1km away from the place.

I honestly wish I had taken another option.

The only think I liked about this property was the fact that it was clean(inside)

The first thing that got me so annoyed was the fact that, their information on Booking.com was not even clear enough that their reception is far from where the main property is located ( I had to go back and forth to get the key). Even at this, the staff at the reception was not even patient enough to explain and even spoke in a terrible way to the colleague who was helping me to translate from English to Italian or vice versa. Secondly, the room is nothing close to what I thought I was paying for, it turned out to be extremely small (with no bath top like I saw and rather a very tiny shower that, I could barely turn while taking a shower). Towels were not even changed in all my 3 nights, very small tiny shower gel I met there which was not even added until I left and it was clear that even the shower was not cleaned. The only difference I kept noticing when I came back to my room was a fixed bed. Truth is, I have been visiting hotels but none ever disappointed me like this.

The check in is on a different location than the hotel/room - the staff was extremely unfriendly and we were locked out on the street as the checkin area was extremely small. One client which was already checked in, was shouting that this was all a joke and unproffesional and another couple just allowed to check-in said never again as the left the reception. We left and booked another hotel - in my 45 years of travelling I never experienced anything a like.

this is not hotel these are only rooms spread in the city so You should first find the place where is reception and parking theh You have to travel on foot to the room which was placed 500 m away.

The room was nice and clean.

The check in and the room were far away, we had to walk a lot with our luggage. The garage is near the check in so for check out you have to walk it back. The queue for check in was long.

Only stayed for a day , probably wouldn’t book again as there seem to be better options in that location.

The location was good. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. Price was alright for the location and considering it was a late booking.

There was a weird smell of something like plastic and mould. The bed was really hard and there were no extra pillows. No coffee or tea maker. Elevator in the building needs cents to move between floors. Quite noisy as the walls seem to be very thin. Reception is far away from the property but thankfully they drove us to the actual location which was nice.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD IN A "HOTEL", THAT CAN'T BE CALLED HOTEL.

Nothing. I didn't have enough space to right the bad things so I will continue here. 2- The building where the room is located is 20 minutes walk distance from the check-in office. It is not convenient to go there with luggages. 3- The building where the room is located lacks maintenance, there is a really old elevator that you need to pay (insert coins) if you want to use it. 4- the room had a very strong glue or construction material smell. 5- the shower was falling 6- the shower drain was clogged. In summary I never had a worst experience in a hotel, and it made my stay a lot less pleasant in the city. DON'T BOOK IT !!!! And the Management of the hotel should strongly consider firing Domenica as it is unanimous even among the employees that she is very rude and disrespectful. Oh another comment, if you find good comments here it is because they ask people to give good review in exchange of a free "Luggage storage" that should be free already !!!

There were many bad things about this place that can't be called a hotel, comments below: 1- The worst part was the receptionist "Domenica", I have never met a person so rude and disrespectful. First when I arrived around 2pm to ask information about check-in she was so rude, I entered the reception and she didn't even look at me just said in a very rude way, "check-in is at 3pm come back in one hour", she didn't even gave me the chance to ask a question. I thanked for the kindness and started checking my cellphone inside the reception, when she came to me demanding me to leave the place because she needed to go to her lunch break again in a very rude way. She closed the door almost on my face, and I needed to leave and come back in one hour without any information. after one hour I returned to the reception (20 min. from building) and she gave me the keys. I decided not to talk to her because I didn't want to absorve her bad energy into my trip. My wife stayed at the building "that they call hotel" with the luggages so we didn't need to walk 20 minutes with the luggages. I got the keys and went back to the room, when I arrived there 3:40pm, the room wasn't ready, there was a lady finish cleaning and she called the rude "Domenica" saying that we were 2 instead of 1 person... Domenica asked her to talk to me on the phone and she put the phone on speaker. She started yelling at me saying that I needed to go back and pay a difference of 32 euros or pay in cash to the lady. I tried to explain that I didn't have cash and didn't want to go back there for the 3rd time, and she said if I didn't pay in 1 minute she would call the police!!!! (COMPLETELY CRAZY!!!!) I had to go back to the office to pay the 32 euros with the credit card, I arrived there and while waiting on the line, I asked another guy from the office to get the machine and asked him if Domenica was rude with everyone.
