Hotel sans prétention mais qui ne déçoit pas au contraire

Hotel petit mais agréable et propre. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Nous a garer la voiture pour nous facilite l'installation, imprimer les billet d'avion. Chambre simple mais grande et confortable, Grande douche.

Repas buffet pas assez varie mais bon tout de meme et abordable

A localização é muito boa. Próxima de bons restaurantes e atrações turísticas da cidade. Há um mercado na frente do hotel. Também tem uma lavanderia próxima e ATMs. É conveniente.

É caro para o que oferece. Há vazamento de água no box do banheiro, parede com mofo e descascando no quarto. Internet instável e sem segurança pois é uma rede aberta sem senha. O staff do hotel ficou bravo porque pagamos no cartão e não em espécie como ele queria. Haviam muitas moscas no café da manhã e não podíamos cancelar. Há duas televisões no quarto porém as duas operam com o mesmo controle, cada uma em um canal diferente. O isolamento acústico é ruim, não conseguíamos dormir pois havia pessoas conversando alto até tarde da noite 2h a.m. De manhã você é acordado pelo barulho das pessoas passando no corredor conversando e batendo as portas do quarto. A staff de limpeza abriu a porta sem avisar enquanto estávamos dentro, ficamos assustados. Rabat é uma cidade muito bonita, é triste pois nossa experiência poderia ter sido melhor.

Posizione vicino alla medina, 10 minuti a piedi, parcheggio moto al chiuso dentro locale bagagli, ma ha anche un parcheggio sotterraneo.

Pulizia non delle migliori, abbiamo dovuto far intervenire qualcuno per pulire il frigo molto sporco, pero in compenso ci hanno scontato la tassa di soggiorno, condizionatore un po rumoroso

Nice place walking distance to the major attractions

The staff was friendly and helpful although their command of the English language is not the best. The gym is great considering it is a hotel gym. Breakfast was nice but a bit repetitive. The mint tea was great though.

They should change breakfast from day to day and provide a different menu. The only option for proteins I had was hard-boiled eggs. They don't have scrambled eggs or omelets unless you ask for them. The coffee machine is a gambling roulette: you ask for a cappuccino and get chocolate. They don't write the names of the things they offer so in some cases you have to guess what you are getting.

We stayed in Suite on 5th floor, which was a large apartment and it contained good sofa and 2 tvs with large size cupboard to put clothes etc. Also it had lateral view of the sea. Also we liked 6th floor restaurant for breakfast which has really nice selection of breads and pancakes.

Slight noice of the cars but did not bother us much as we stayed only 2 nights.

Everything fits the description。

1. Breakfast is average. 2. no pool. 3. the receptionist took my euro coins, but the next day another receptionist actually asked for our coins back! I of course refused. 4. The bathroom was not well designed, there was no height difference between the bathroom and the room causing water to spill out of the room.

Bathroom was nice. They had good soaps and clean towels. It was very close to carrefour (supermarket) and short drive (5 mins) from nice restaurants. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Free street parking was readily available.

The room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of fine dust on the floor. The air-conditioning did not work well. The temperature kept rising to 25 degrees although we set the temperature down to 21 degrees. So we had to keep the window open in the night. Breakfast was pretty bad.

The location was great, 15 minutes from the Rabat Ville train station and if you like to walk all the main things to see in the city were in the walking distance. Very nice and helpful staff at the breakfast.

The cleaning could be better and you can see the apartment has its years, especially the bathroom were you could see the scratches and mold. No vegetables/fruits at the breakfast, though the portions were big. No self service at the breakfast counter.

Good value for money, great location

The staff was very open to solve any problem. Good location, value for money and well equipped rooms.

The cleaning ladies are perhaps a bit too eager to enter your room. It was around 8.30AM and I was just coming out from the shower. They knocked once and very fast tried to enter the room. My husband had to jump in front of the door and say that we are not ready to leave yet (check-out is at 12 PM)

All the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are spacious and nice.

As a business man, I need to have internet for my work. After several times asking there was not improvement. This might be a reason to choose for another hotel. Because I still paid the full price while I booked a room with internet of WIFI. Also a disapointment, I couldn't take breakfast at 6:45 before leaving to the airport. It only opens at 7:00.

You should review the Tv subscription to ensure some channels are made available for non-Moroccans and customers who cannot speak or understand Arabic language.

It is the Football World Cup season. Unfortunately, it was not easy to have access to some channels where to have all the games.
