Maravilloso

Todo estuvo excelente, desde la ubicación la limpieza , el personal de recepción siempre atentos y amables. Nuestra habitación estuvo antes de las 3 pm nos tocó vista trasera pero la vista era espectacular y al hacer nuestro check out nos dejaron salir más tarde ya que nuestro vuelo salía de noche. Había leído en comentarios que las almohadas no eran nada cómodas pero solo es cuestión de hablarlo en recepción y amablemente te brindan almohadas más cómodas, no cuentan con A/A pero si pides a recepción un ventilador te lo brindan y con eso es más que suficiente definitivamente regresaríamos a este alojamiento.

Me gusto sus instalaciones. Siento que es un lugar completo, me tocó que tenía cama, área de cocina, baño. Muy bueno.

podrian tener un poco mas de amenidades, falta una plancha, la terraza esta muy desaprovechada, deberian tener un tipo bar o snacks

Excelente ubicación en CDMX

Excelente ubicación, muy central y cerca a muchas opciones de alimentación, entretenimiento y transporte público

Tener presente que no se cuenta con aire acondicionado, por lo que en el día puede sentirse mucho calor y al abrir el balcón el ruido es fuerte por estar ubicado en una vía principal

Buen lugar, con buena ubicación

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca de muchos lugares para comer y otras actividades.

Al querer realizar el pago en tarjeta hay una diferencia significativa en relación a pagar en efectivo. Esto se debe tener en cuenta, en mi caso suelo viajar con poco efectivo ya que en la mayoría de lugares puedes pagar en tarjeta a un buen cambio.

La vista era increíble

Estuviera bien que tuvieran café ya que se contaba con cafetera pero no logramos encontrar café en algún establecimiento cerca para hacerlo en la habitación por lo que optamos por ir por uno ya hecho

Habitación bien equipada, muy buena ubicación, lugar seguro y tranquilo.

Me encantó la ubicación, la vista de la recamara, la habitación esta bien equipada con refrigerador, cocineta, comedor y una sala pequeña, el personal muy amable y atento; lugar seguro y tranquilo. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de la embajada, museos, cine y restaurantes.

El internet es bueno pero de repente se traba, la programación de la televisión no es muy amplia, cosas sin importancia pues por la ubicación es muy poco el tiempo que pasas en la habitación.

Great place to stay while in México City, affordable and views are definitely really nice.

The views are great, you can see main road lots of action.

I’m not sure if rooms have AC. I couldn’t find thermostat.

Superb

We had an 18th floor view down the beautiful reforma. Cleaned everyday, very quiet, didn't hear other guests.

The balcony was thin so was hard to sit out on but we did manage it for our morning coffee.

First time Mexico city

The location is very nice. I loved across high end restaurants around every corner if you are into that. The street market in Reforma is amazing, and the local food is top notch. . As an American I was hesitant about what you read online, Enjoy Mexico City and this hotel .

The location was excellent. The hotel was very clean and comfortable

There is no AC so you have to sleep with the windows open. They did have an excellent fan, which helped ! The bathroom was TINY

Excellent Space on Reforma

The location is fantastic, overlooking Reforma. The big Pride parade happened while I was there, and this spot was perfect to see the parade - and retreat from it. I got to see it from my balcony through the day after I got tired from being out and about. The neighborhood is full of great coffee shops with wifi. On Sunday it can be noisy, because the street shuts down for exercise (pedestrians, bicyclists and aerobics). The aerobics folks in particular use microphones and speakers. The rooms are serviced, which is fantastic. The cleaning service is professional and flexible. The staff overall are nearly all bilingual (English/Spanish), so even when there was a mess up in my accommodation booking, they fixed it in minutes. Very impressive team of people work there. There's a 24 hour doorman too.

The wifi in the building is erratic. Since I work remotely, that presented some issues. I would either have to find a more stable connection in the building, or leave to one of the coffee shops I mentioned earlier. Usually I just worked from a coffee shop.
