Une porte de chambre qui grince à 7h mais tout le reste était tellement bien que l'on ne va pas chipoter. Pour avoir 10 il faudrait qu'il y ai une bouilloir avec thé et café

Moyen moyen pour 2 séjours en moins d'un mois

Les chambres sont toujours bien. Rien à signaler

Le personnel (dame) présent lors du 08/05/24 a été désagréable car elle a insisté que le petit déjeuner n'a pas été réservé et payé alors que cela a été pris en compte la veille avec la jeune employée du 07/05/24.

Décevant pour un B&B

Le pain est frais croustillant La position géographique Le prix attractif Le check in à toutes heures de la nuit La literie plutôt confortable

La salle de bain est minuscule pour 4 personnes (voir photos). Ça ressemblait plus à une salle de bain de camping car. La douche est à peine accessible. Faut pas être gros... Nous avons eu froid Courant d'air près de la fenêtre Toute petite couette pour 2 personnes et peu épaisse. Pas d'autres couvertures disponibles. Bruyant Chambre mal insonorisées Salle de petit déjeuner qui ressemble à une aire d'autoroute...en fait la salle du restaurant c'est le hall d'entrée. Il y fait donc froid et ce n'est pas très accueillant.

A fuir. 88€ la chambre simple pour ça, vraiment honteux.

Pas de chauffage toute la nuit, pas d'eau chaude pour la douche, salle de petit-déjeuner ridiculement petite et ne pouvant accueillir tous les clients, mauvaise odeur dans la salle de douche, cuvette de toilette mal fixée, un bouton du digicod de la porte hs donc grande difficulté pour entrer, absence d'un écran tv avec chaine info dans salle de petit-dejeuner, 1 seule grande serviette prévue pour 1 grand lit double etc.

Quand ont monte l ascenseur couloir user à la trame hôtel fatigué besoin coup de peinture et changer les moquettes urgence pas de distributeur rien à boire ou grignoter boff bofff trop cher hôtel vraiment pas terrible

B&B Hotels (2) was good but the customer service at B&B Hotels (1) was very bad.

The lady in charge of the facility was very good and understanding. The housekeeping was very good.

1. The breakfast was in the other Facility where the lady in charge was acting like a devil. To all my requests she had one response: NO. This was frustrating. 2. In the other facility, the customer service was VERY BAD. The lady in charge needs a special training on customer service management.

Quick overnight to recharge

The location was convenient for a short overnight while traveling across the country. Restaurants are nearby. There’s an elevator for your heavy luggage and our dog was allowed to stay.

Good, I would return.

Very helpful staff, clean room although not much space between end of bed and wall. Good bathroom and fixtures and fittings. Parking on quiet street opposite front door. Restaurant empty but we were able to have a meal despite nearly closing time.

Restaurant menu limited. Rather difficult to find hotel but a nice area.

Perfectly adequate for a stopover, had more effort been made by properly trained staff. In th

Breakfast was excellent, when received, but I had to show my receipt, having been told sternly that I hadn’t paid! Had to ask for different room initially, as first one stank of nicotine, in ‘non-fumeur’ hotel. Car was locked out at 10.30pm after my return from visiting friends locally. Code refused. Reason: I was trying to access Hotel 1 instead of nearby Hotel 2. No adequate signage to prevent guests going to the wrong hotel. They look the same in the dark. Was mercifully helped by another late arrival, or would have been stranded. Guests need to be instructed about this. Reception staff far too casual - no willingness to be helpful (not paid enough perhaps?) Luckily I speak French. Bed and shower good, but ‘never again’ for this chain.

See above. General attitude of Reception staff to guests very sloppy, though not actually unpleasant. Only contact for problem at night is by an intercom. The person answering this was helpful, but luckily I had a very kind fellow guest, a native French speaker, explaining the problem on my behalf.
