The room was comfortable and clean. It was a great location. We loved the theme of the rooms. Bed was comfortable, nice sheets.

The milk for our tea and coffee had gone off and as we were there for two nights, no clean mugs after the first day.

It was difficult to find place as it is located down an alleyway. There was no car park available so parked in the next door hotel park - messy but find-able.

I enjoyed my stay overall, the staff were very helpful

The rooms were well decorated , furnished and of a good size, the tea and coffee facilities were excellent.

The carpet was badly stained in the Hare room and the plug was missing so I couldn’t have a bath

Awful smell and rubbish parking

Room had a strong egg smell - it was awful. We struggled to stay there with the smell and even threw up as a result!!!! We're not usually that smell sensitive! The instructions to park was not clear. And the parking spaces were incredibly tight. It's not ideal with young children as you have to walk a fair way from the car park, with no lift, to get to the room. It's therefore difficult if you have a lot of stuff to bring. The bed itself was very uncomfortable - we both got a back ache after staying there for one night.

Lovely room in the Deer room. Very clean nice decor beautiful bathroom and bed very comfortable. Great location right in the centre.

it was quite noisy early in the morning as it’s only single glazed windows.
