Boa

Ótima localização, é perto de tudo (praia e centro), fomos bem atendidos, o lugar é simples, sempre limpo e nos atenderam perfeitamente.

Bem simples, poderia ser mais aconchegante para uma pousada, mas o custo-benefício é bom, ouve-se todo o barulho do trânsito e de pessoas, entra muita claridade ao amanhecer e não tem café da manhã.

Recomendaciones y cosas a mejorar.

La ubicación del lugar

En las habitaciones que nos hospedamos, en una de las habitaciones del apto el aire acondicionado estaba funcionando parcialmente, de igual manera en la habitación de 3 personas el bombillo del baño no alumbraba, en la habitación de una persona el TV no funcionaba y la habitación era muy pequeña, por otra parte se le recomienda al hotel q en la parte de abajo instale una llave de agua donde lavarse los pies ya que en repetidas ocasiones la encargada manifestó de una manera poco formal que para poder entrar al hotel había que sacudirse la arena, por otra parte se evidencio que siempre que se abría la puerta de las habitaciones siempre intentaba mirar hacia adentro causando más de una vez incomodidad.

0 facilidades de el staff hacia mi ( en mo caso )

el lugar esta bien

hay q pagar una porcentaje antes de entrar para que te reserven a traves de transferencia bancaria , contactas con ellos y no leen lo que les dices , luego al llegar solo les interesa si has pagado la reserva aunq tengan la habitacion libre ( no lo entiendo)

I think that having breakfast in the morning will be good for the Posada.

There was no breakfast.

There wasn't anything to see on tv.

Place is really clean and nice, the internet is fast enough and the hosts luz and her husband are really nice I would definitely come back to this place

Bad

The propritor would not honor my confimed reservation. She would not even look at my confirmed Booking verification. She said that she didnt care about my reservation and did not have the booked room. That she is booked for a month ahead. When asked about giving me a referral to other near by hotel, her reply was that we "dont give referrals." This accommodation should be removed from Booking.
