The GC is amazing. Meet paying customers at the hotel w key & don't ask us to clean after our stay.

The location was perfect! Close to everything with incredible views from L28! Clean apartment on arrival.

We should not have had to pick up the key from a different location from the hotel it was our first time the GC and added to the stress of travel. Someone should have brought the key to us instead. On arriving to the reception we were told we had to do the dishes and take out our rubbish before departure otherwise they would charge us and we wouldn't get the $300 bond back. This was nowhere mentioned when we booked. The property itself was clean, but felt dated to what the photos showed. The jets in the bath didn't work and the toilet was difficult to flush.

Staffs are very helpful and nice and they should get 10/10 .

Best location and river view was awesome. Good size apartments.

Just need little more cleaning, like carpet was not vacuumed properly. Also things like a small botttle of handwashing liquid could have been very handy when you arrive late and shops are closed . Thanks

The location only

It took over 20 minutes for the lift. The pool water was alway cold and only had 2 sets of keys. Which always kept us confused.

Well located, large apartment, close to everything and great views of water.

Great location close to everything. Large apartment with great views of both the river and the ocean.

Needs a bit of of work to the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom (cupboards and doors not shutting properly) air conditioning system was difficult to work out (maybe an instruction manual should be in the room for it?) got really hot the first night then really cold the second night.

1) The office or the reception for check in and out is far from our apartment building . We have to carry our luggage by ourselves in the road. 2) There are no early check in and late check out. 3) cleaning service is available once a week.

Good stay overall and good value for money

The location was great, very central and easy to walk around the main part of surfers paradise and handy to Woolworths. The carpark was also handy and located at the bottom of the hotel. The pool was great with the kids enjoying their time.

The apartment could have been maintained better as they did look run down. Although, everything we needed was functional.

The views was amazing Rooms were big and comfortable

There was mould in the bathrooms and the exhaust fans did not work. It smelt like cooking oil and we couldn’t get the smells out so we used candles and spray. There also needs to be locks on the front door from the inside as our youngest slept walked out and got locked out.

excellent location and great facilities in the heart of GC

- Great location, in the heart of surfer’s paradise, WWS downstairs and Coles on the corner, steps to Strike, Holey Moley, infinity etc - Excellent facility in the building, great outside and inside pool, family game room, gym

- parking was confusion, took a few times to find the resident parking - hotel apartment managed by third party agency, so the office is in another building and office hours only for check in - it could be better to provide more amenities like toilet rolls and dishwashing detergent, only 3 rolls were provided for a family of 4 for 4 nights :(

The location is just amazing with a wonderful view, very close to everything shopping centre, restaurants, cafes, beach, you can get everything under the one roof .

TV needs to be updated, they should provide a smart tv, should provide some more towels, dish washing liquid, more toilet paper.

our third time staying. love the location however the noise has put us off rebooking

location and view. full kitchen and laundry. lady on reception was lovely. very helpful.

Noisey neighbours. loud music 3 nights until 2.30am. young ones in town to party. There was no instructions on tv. no plug working in the hand basin

Good location

Not very clean and actually quite run down inside, kettle not working, lights on and off. air-con only can be on either living or bedrooms. swimming pool water not clean….
