Must stay in Belluno!

I loved this apartment. It was such a nice place to land after hiking the AV1. The host was incredibly kind, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was in a perfect location and it had everything I needed.

Excellent facilities' and a good location.

I had no breakfast at the apartment. It was difficult to enter the apartment, as the key did not work to good!

Pretty apt that could be perfect w some changes

Cute, pretty, good location. Washing machine! Lots of windows! Nice manager.

Bright business lights shine in to room and even shutters did not stop it. No blankets. No trash can in bath room or even in kitchen. Only recycle bin that was tiny. Hair dryer only worked in kitchen. Had dishes but no sponge or dish soap to clean them. Some instructions on appliances would be nice. TV broken.

Exceptional stay in Belluno

Elegant apartment with views over mountains & river. Franca is a superlative proprietor - engaging & helpful.

Traffic noise on cobbled road but was managed well by closing windows & ventilation system.

Perfect - highly recommend

Perfect from start to finish. Host was quick to respond to all messages. On arrival we was greeted by the owner who was very friendly. We was in town to watch the Giro d'Italia, which was in the main square, only metres away from the entrance to the building. Proximity to bars and restaurants is perfect, and only a short walk to the train station. This was our first time booking an apartment through Booking and I will certainly do it again and definitely recommend Appartamenti Mori. The apartment was spacious, well presented and had great facilities. Whilst there, I did a number of runs from the apartment and the local area is exceptional. My first summertime in the dolomites and unfortunately brief, but certainly will be back.

There was nothing to dislike.

Superb

Right in the heart of Belluno by the town square and a very short walk away from the train/coach station. Very spacious and clean apartment with good kitchen facilities

If anything, the shower itself was a little small but the fact that that is the only thing I can think of negative gives you an idea of how great this apartment is.

Wonderful stay, lovely apartment

Review for Two-Bedroom Apartment: The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, sunny, sparkling clean, lovely decorated, with great attention to details and high-quality materials. In fact, the apartment looks better than in the pictures. It is a 3-room detached apartment: one dining / living room (with 2 sofas, 1 large table, TV set), one large bedroom, children’s bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. The apartment and its kitchen are fully equipped, exactly as advertised on Booking.com; you have everything you need, so that you can feel like home (relax, cook, wash & iron clothes etc.). The kitchen is large, very clean, well organized and I think it is the best equipped one I’ve ever found in rented apartments. Large & very clean bathroom, with a washing machine. The bed is large & comfortable, and the soundproofing is very good (no problem at all with street noise after we closed the windows). We enjoyed every moment spent in this apartment. The host is very hospitable and kind. Warm welcome, helpful information provided, smooth and nice check-in & check-out. The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the center of Belluno. Following the host’s advice, we parked the car in Parcheggio di Lambioi (which has very good prices). There is an escalator that takes you from this parking to the center of the town, then you walk a few minutes to the apartment (which we found effortlessly using Google Maps). Even if we had large & heavy suitcases, the walk from the parking place to the apartment was not difficult. The block of flats where the apartment is situated has an elevator.

stinking experience, I feel cheated

1. There was just one bedroom and living room without option to sleep with one double-bed instead of two bedrooms (one double-bed + 2 single beds). 2. It was super noisy at night and without earplugs I couldn't have fallen asleep. - because of the ppl shouting outside till 2 am. Good luck in high summer to sleep with closed windows and lack of air conditioning. 3. The whole flat was not cleaned since ages, everything was stinky, not cleaned, not washed. We slept in our sleeping bags, but I felt disgust. 4. The contact with the owner of this private flat (I wouldn't count it as apartment) was very very limited because of her lack of English. She naturally switched to Italian and there was no conversation between us. 5. In the early morning I found bugs and ants on the floor (in the kitchen, in the living room). 6. The keys we got had dirty key ring, that was disgusting too! 7. In the bathroom you could find used hairbrush (with hair), when we came the owner was hanging laundry in the living room (which I found weird, after all it's booking.com and not airbnb and this is how I felt). 8. The whole experience was awful, I don't expect luxury conditions, but at least the room MUST BE CLEAN. 7. The pics we saw on the booking.com are not from the same flat where we slept in. (we also took pics as a proof)
